Unprofessional from the second they picked up the phone

Dental Staff is great, they do a good job, and have never had any issues with them. Office staff is the most racist people I have ever had the misfortune to be around. Said they would call me back, but did not. Tried multiple times to set up an appointment, but they would not. It took me three years to get an "emergency" appointment for my molar that broke in half. By the time the front desk decided to let me be seen it was beyond saving and had to be pulled. They made it very clear that they were being very nice letting me get service here. I do not know if if is because I am a military vet, or white male, but they let me know that they do not think I should be there as they are only for the minorities.

(This is a very busy office, so everyone has to wait to be seen) All of the Staff Members here are professionals at their jobs. Dana the Secretary was helpful, friendly, and courteous. When Dr. Klem fixed my chipped molar, the entire procedure was fast and completely painless. My tooth looks great, now. It feels like there has never been anything wrong with it, before ! Thank you, Dr. Klem and SeaMar.

Called to set an appointment and was told that they are booked and they would call me back to make an appointment? That didn't make sense to me at all seeing as I already was on hold for 25+ minutes. Obviously they never called back. So I waited a week, called back again today trying once again to book an appointment, was on hold for 30+ minutes, the phone connected I heard shuffling and they immediately hung up. What a way to run a business. I can't imagine the kind of work they do-yikes.

Been calling for the past 2 weeks to make an emergency dental appointment. No choices to talk to a person, been leaving a call back number everyday.

Not Impressed Sea Mar! My husband came in with a broken tooth and exposed nerve! 40% of his tooth is gone root and nerve exposed. He's in extreme amounts of pain every day. The dentist only gave him a weeks worth of hydrocodone and one prescription of ibuprofen. His extraction appointment isn't for another month! (2 months away from when the appointment was made) They just expect him to writhe in agonizing pain for 2 months, with no help on getting a refill until his appointment. Great dentistry work guys!

I went there last week, i asked about me being on hold and the girl at the front desk explained why. She has been working by herself. making all the calls, checking people in, and dealing with people. her name is Rubi and she is amazing. very sweet and super nice. understanding about me being late to my appointment. any other places would care less and she was dealing with someone ahead of me who was giving her a hard time. people need to give them a break and know that they are trying their best they can. rubi is a great at working at front desk

Whenever I call or anyone I know calls you always have to wait for at least 20-40 minutes just for them to answer. If you leave your number they never really call back the same day its always a day or two after. Staff at the front desk is unprofessional and even the nurses are rude and give you attitude if you broke a bracket or something.

I had dentist Brooks. He made me feel comfortable and checked on me the whole time. He gave me extra numbing stuff when I needed and walked me through the extraction. He pulled my tooth out in one piece and made sure to leave nothing behind.

i guess i can't really complain cuz my insurance pays for everything but everyone should get at least decent service. I've heard multiple people say they've had racism issues when going to seamar. My braces are literally broken n they just say to wait for ur next appointment then when u call them to ask about appointments, you're lucky if they even answer..
