Dr. Peterson studied Biology at Arizona State University. He obtained his DMD and Masters in Oral Biology from Temple University School of Dentistry. He also received a full fellowship from the Misch International Implant Institute, and Diplomate status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a proud member of Arizona Dental Association, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Academy of Peridontology.
In his personal life, Dr. Peterson is an Eagle Scout and an active member of his local churchs congregation. His hobbies include outdoor sports such as fishing, gardening, and motorsports. He is a happy husband, and father of four lovely children.

I went in for a Lingual Frenectomy and the team was so respectful and professional! The surgery went very smoothly using a laser and Dr. Haskell explained the entire procedure to me prior to starting. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Haskell and his staff are amazing! I was referred to him for crown lengthening and my teeth have never looked so good. My gums healed within a week with little to no pain. I finally have the Hollywood smile I always dreamed of.

I am disappointed as well upset that Dr Haskell office had me come in thinking I was going to finally get the screws in for my implants after waiting 2mos . I drove 85 miles round trip from Goodyear for nothing . I spoke Dr T and Melissa Crista several times before I set the appointment to make sure I would be prepared financially for the visit . Crista told me that I would not have any out of pocket cost that my primary and secondary were covering my cost when I arrived Dr Haskell suggested that I may consider the bridge then two implants and stated that it would cheaper do the one tooth in the back and that he was going to start on that one no worries he numb my mouth then sent Crista to come telll it $2480 more and that he won't finish my work until it's paid knowing I was not prepared to pay that amount right then . He did not use enough topical to prenumb my gums so felt all three injections I traumatized when I left there I shared that with Dr T office that i feel comfortable with him he's very ruff my mouth was sore for a full 24hrs I explained to him and his staff I had issues to be gentle etc . He totally disregarded all that!!!! At any rate I have decided not to get the work done in his office want my $900 sent to me via cashier check back to me asap
