Dr Lamb took me in as a emergency and fitted me in between his patients. He removed the lump that was in my cheek. Dr Lamb has great bedside manners and he is very knowledgeable, and his entire staff was amazing! I highly recommend this office.

Needed a tooth pulled. Quick, easy, no pain involved with the procedure. Dr Lamb and entire staff were outstanding. Very personable, relaxed, and professional. Dr Lamb and his team have my highest possible recommendation.

The staff was amazing! My son had pain in wisdom teeth which needed pulling and they fit us into their busy schedule. Dr. Lamb took time to explain the procedure and we never felt rushed. Very professional! Highly recommend!!

My 2nd unexpected visit to Dr Lambs office. I was so impressed with the 1st interaction a couple of years ago so VERY comfortable with the practice, since I needed an extraction. As it turned out, 2 teeth were infected which Dr. Lamb discover by going above & beyond into the situation. Besides being a caring, compassionate surgeon, he has the best laugh & that in & of itself, is a calming factor. He has that little trick to make the initial injection, after the numbing gel, virtually painless. Nansy is very thoughtful & a detailed, professional assistant. Answered my questions, gave good directions, followed by documentation of her directions. I almost wish I had another reason to go back to this wonderful practice! Thanks Dr. Derek Lamb & your delightful staff for taking such good care of my needs!

Dr. Lamb's office is great. All of his staff are nice and very informative and explained everything they were going to do prior to my tooth extraction. Dr. Lamb explained the procedure made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. He asked if I had any questions and answered them all. He wasn't rushed

Fit me in last minute for wisdom teeth removal. I live out of state and needed to get in for surgery last minute, they were able to fit me in and made me feel confident with the survey since I had just met them for the first time that morning. My mouth healed great and was very happy choosing them!

Fantastic all around. My only gripe was the unsettling discussion with the main nurse to the doctor. Many comments brought up we're not received well when I'm about to be knocked out. Made me look silly about something I was right about. I get it, some 26 year old dude in a tank top what does he know? I ask about the bone graft and get a perplexing reaction like I'm clueless, even to the point where I say oh I guess I said the wrong thing. I waited for the main short black haired lady to leave the room to ask her much nicer assistant "look, I know they told me it's $800 for a bone graft type thing, are you all not actually doing it?" As the main lady just wanted to explain prp to me which I've had several of those procedures before. Believe it or not I'm not clueless. The assistant realized after confirming that I do in fact get bone grafts for bottom portion teeth. It is nice to know how your teeth turn out. And god forbid the main lady ignored the $800 bone graft if I didn't bring it up. Sadly after the nice blond assistant mentioned it to her she had no intention of any sort of apology for her wrongness and arrogance and assumption that I'm just some dummy in a tank top. It was just uncomfortable and upsetting before going under. That wasn't even the only poor interaction. All in all though the team as a whole did a great job. Woke up no pain all done easy peasy. I just wish people didn't make assumptions and look at you like you're crazy after paying close to a grand extra for something they say they aren't even doing. All she did was correct the assistant that it's both bottom teeth instead of one. Great you got another win didn't you :/? Again all in all wonderful experience. Just sad how poorly conversation went. I should have stuck with asking with the kind assistant and waited for doctor for any other questions. I didn't even know if the needle going in was instantly knocking me out or just prepping or pulling blood, surprises are nice though I suppose. Some people just do not ever accept their mistakes nor make you feel cared for or genuinely helped, I guess because they have a job to do, who knows. Overall great work team you really fixed up my teeth
