Very short wait time. The dental tech was courteous and efficient. I like this dentist office as much as I liked Dr. Mount and that's saying something!!

HAD CONSULT WITH DR. AYERS, I HAD MANY ISSUES AS WELL AS FEARS. HE LISTEN TO ME AND REASSURED ME. LET ME KNOW I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAD PAST TRAUMA WITH DENTISTRY. I STIPULATED I WAS NOT ABLE TO SIT IN DENTAL CHAIR FOR THIS CONSULT. A DESK CHAIR WAS PROVIDED FOR ME IN DENTAL AREA AFTER HE ALAID MY FEARS, I WAS ABLE TO SET IN DENTAL CHAIR FOR PHOTOS OF TEETH AND THEN WE DISCUSS A PLAN OF CARE. I AM SO THANKFUL AND HOPEFUL FOR A NEW PERSPECTIVE OF DENTISTRY IN MY FUTURE CARE PLAN. THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. WHICH ALSO HELPED IN MY ADJUSTMENT. Update 09/12/2022 JUST RETURNED FROM GETTING 3 FILLINGS A BIG WIN FOR ME IN MY JOURNEY FROM TRAUMA AS A CHILD. TO GO BACK TO APPOINTMENT WHEN NOT DRIVEN FROM PAIN! TO ACTUALLY BE GETTING MY MOUTH IN TIP TOP CONDITION FOR FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. THAT'S A MIRACLE IN MY BOOK. THANKS AGAIN TO ENTIRE STAFF WALKING WITH ME IN MY JOURNEY. I GO BACK NEXT MONTH FOR A DENTAL CLEANING TO GET IN TIP TOP SHAPE. STAY TUNE FOR NEXT UPDATE! Update 10/25/2022 I CAN'T BELIEVE I AM SAYIMG THIS BUT I WENT BACK FOR A CLEANING!! YES, I WALKED IN OF MY OWN FREE WILL NOT DRIVEN IN PAIN BUT TO ACTUALLY GET MY TEETH IN TIP TOP SHAPE FOR FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I'M PROUD TO SMILE WITH CLEAN TEETH. THE LADY WAS SO KIND AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO. ALL WAS GOOD AND I NEED TO RETURN IN DECEMBER FOR FOLLOW UP. STAY TUNED FOR NEXT UPDATE!!

My husband went today and absolutely felt so comfortable. He has trust issues and this place made him feel like home. Reception and the dentist was absolutely perfect. Thanks to all there 2nd time there today and the doc knew exactly what to do and staff was very nice. I went today because my husband tea liked it. The secretary was so so sweet and knowledgeable and the nurse and doc was awesome to. They have our business for sure.

The last time I seen a dentist was in 1989, it was not a good experience. I went to Scottsburg family dentistry to have 4 teeth removed.the dentist went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable before and during the procedure

So, today I got my very back top right tooth removed. I was really nervous that I was going to be in so much pain when they pulled the tooth. Thanks to insurance I was able to get it removed. Would I have loved to keep it, yes, but $1100 to put a cap on one tooth that wasn't full tooth is a no go. Love the friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Had my second difficult tooth removed on the bottom back right. Wish it was cheaper to repair the teeth than to remove them. They do an awesome job of making sure you don't go through a painful removal. My daughter and nephew both love going to the dentist. They didn't always feel that way before they started going to Scottsburg Family Dentistry. Thank you all for being awesome at your jobs.

The staff and doctor is always wonderful. Anytime I go in they are always sweet and helpful. I know the staff is super caring, because when I have an issue going on they help me in anyway they can. I would definitely recommend them for your dental needs!
