I want to credit the staff of Scotts Dental Group for the exceptional customer service! I came in with a pretty bad cavity and they made me feel so comfortable and were very patient with me since I was alittle nervous! I also want to point out that Dr. Emma Van Winkle was very helpful and answered all of my questions, as well as explained the procedure to me in great detail which I appreciated. Tiyarri was so welcoming and made my dental experience amazing from the moment I walked in! Everyone here is extremely kind, patient and helpful. This is also the only place I could find that accepted pregnancy medicaid. I will be recommending my family and friends to Scotts Dental Group!

I'm a new patient and went there for my scheduled dental checkup this morning and they're really impressed with how well I take care of my teeth. Staff members are very friendly and interactive. I highly recommend! Plus, this dental practitioner company in the Kaufman location deserves 5+ stars!

Love the staff and Dr.s. Everyone is so nice and willing to explain every step. The only problem is Trying to get someone to answer the phone so I can make appointments for myself and my grandson. I will not go anywhere else. I understand they are very busy. But I like them so I'm gonna keep trying.
