Dr. Scott Keith & Associates is a Phoenix dental practice founded in 1947 by Dr.Joseph Voorhees. Dr. Scott Keith joined the practice in 1993 and became sole owner in 1999. Since then, our practice has grown to include some of the valleys finest dentists, hygienists, and staff members. Were committed to making sure that our patients have good reason to smile after every encounter with us.
Dr. Keith graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1983. Dr. Keith has created a professional environment focused on general dentistry and enjoys providing the finest care possible to his patients. He and his wife, Shari, have three children, Kristi, Morgan, and Jordan. Dr. Keith enjoys tennis, skiing, and basketball.

They will know your name:0...If you are looking for a more human feel when you visit the dentist, you have found the spot. I never feel pressured on procedures or recommendations. Oddly, now that I feel I am not being "Sold" -- I take a much more active approach to my teeth, and am way less afraid.

I have seen Dr. Scott Keith in this office for the past several years and he was amazing. However, he sold the practice and retired this past spring. I was never told until the night before my appointment when they called to confirm. I don't think they would have even told me then, but I was confused by the name change. The lady that called to confirm my appointment couldn't reach me right away, so she called my husband at work!!! Not even sure where she got his number. The new dentist was not personable at all. She didn't even introduce herself other than her name, and then she just started examining me. So I guess she figures that just because she bought the practice, everyone is just supposed to accept her no questions asked. And I guess I asked too many questions, because the next day, some guy from the office called me and told me to find another dentist, no explanation. I've been going to that office since 2009, and I've NEVER been treated like that. Nor have I been treated that way in any other doctor's office. Totally unacceptable! If you see any positive reviews on here, it's for the previous dentist. Anything before spring of 2022.

Wish I could give more stars as Dr. Keith himself is great, but the rest of the employees here seem completely disorganized. Called to get a reminder of my appt time, had to repeat my name 4 times and get switched around, got asked "what time is your appt?", rudely told me "we called yesterday to confirm this" Then upon arriving, no one at the reception desk for 10 minutes, computers unlocked, physical patient files spilling out of file cabinets, no one (employees or patients) wearing a mask (at a DOCTORS OFFICE. During a PANDEMIC.), other patients in the waiting room loudly talking politics... (the kind of politics where the adherents don't get vaccinated) just messy. real, real messy. bad vibes, and not at all what I'm looking for regarding any kind of medical care. If you value efficiency, attention to detail, security, safety, discretion, and a welcoming environment, go elsewhere. PS - my coworker, near and dear to my heart, is vaccinated and is currently hospitalized with Covid. Please stop messing around. You're medical professionals. Require masks for everyone.

Never have I found a dentist better than Dr. Keith. His approach to dental care is conservative, recommending intervention only if needed and giving options of care. You could spend a lot more money on your teeth elsewhere for no better dental health.

My wife went here with insurance, they stated it didn't cover everything, maybe you should have stopped and quoted her. I paid via credit card and more than a year and a half later they attack my credit for $129. So they got paid twice but still want more money.

I love Dr. Keith! He is very kind and professional. He cares about your well being and wants to help. I chipped my tooth one Friday evening and he opened his office on Saturday JUST to repair MY tooth! He is truly the best. I recommend him to everyone I know.
