After orthodontic residency, I joined Dr. Larry Radney in this practice in January 2005. For 12 years we were known as Radney Scott Orthodontics and worked up cases and treated patients jointly. His guidance, patience, and grace abounded. His treatment philosophies, techniques, and innovative spirit still fill this office. He truly taught me excellence in orthodontics through encouragement and example. I am profoundly grateful for the knowledge and wisdom he imparted. Thank you Dr. Radney!

I grew up in Conroe and now reside in Friendswood. My wonderful husband, Craig Scott, and I married during my first year of dental school. We moved to St. Louis for my residency and returned to Texas as fast as possible. We settled in the Clear Lake area and had our beautiful daughter, Sarah, 2 years later. Our son, Declan, was born 10 years after our daughter and keeps us young! We have two ultra-friendly Tonkinese cats who act like theyre dogs! When Im not at the practice, I love riding my bike, swimming, cooking, and trying to keep up with the kids. I also enjoy making beaded and wire jewelry.

As a way of giving back to our wonderful community, I give talks at local elementary schools and also provide booster support to our patients extra-curricular activities and sponsor many school sports and dance teams.

Ive been in dentistry since 1979. I have been with the Radney Scott Orthodontics family for 20+ years; beginning as a registered dental assistant and advancing to treatment coordinator. I love seeing each patient through the process of getting started in our office. It truly is exciting to see how orthodontics can not only change someones appearance but help them blossom into a confident young adult. I will handle any questions you might have regarding treatment in our office.

I am originally from the north side of Houston and have been in dentistry since 1999. I joined the Radney Scott Orthodontics family and in 2009 as the Marketing and Insurance Coordinator. I am always willing to assist you with any questions you may have.

I began my career as an orthodontic assistant in 1997 - San Antonio, Texas. Throughout, my travels around the world with my kids and husband in the military, I have had many chances to explore the diversity of orthodontics. Although no longer traveling, I am very happy to be part of the Radney Scott Orthodontics family since 2008. My favorite part of the job, has always been conversing with patients and making them feel comfortable throughout their orthodontic experience.

I joined the family at Scott Orthodontics and began my career as an orthodontic assistant in 2015.I admire my career as well as the ability to help individuals smile and feel greater confidence.I not only enjoy getting to know our patients but their families as well.The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing the final results.After all, I do believe a great smile is an important gift and can take you far.

I began my career at Radney Scott Orthodontics in 2011 after graduating from Remington College as a registered dental assistant. Seeing the beautiful smiles revealed at the end of treatment and the amazement and happiness on a patients face, is the best part of my work! I started my Journey in the orthodontic field in 2016, after graduating from dental assisting school in 2015. What I like most about being an orthodontic assistant is watching the transformation from start to finish. I love seeing people's faces light up when they get their braces off, and the confidence that comes with their new smile. Its a rewarding job and Im very fortunate to be apart of the Scott Orthodontics team.

After graduating from dental assisting school in 2016, I went straight into general dentistry. In 2018 I joined the Scott Orthodontics team. My favorite part of working here is making the patients comfortable and seeing their transformations from the start of their treatment to when their treatment is complete. Its amazing to see the increase in confidence that their treatment has brought them.

I have been a member of the Scott Orthodontics team since 2017, after graduating dental assisting school in 2016. I knew exactly where I wanted to be and that was in the orthodontic field! I have always had a passion for taking care of my patients and to help improve their smile that will give them the confidence that will last a lifetime.

I entered orthodontics in 1993 with three years in Lubbock, Texas then joined the Radney Scott Orthodontics family in 1996.I worked as a chairside assistant for 12 years and then as a lab technician since 2005. When working as an assistant, I loved seeing patients happy faces when their braces were removed.Now that I am working in the lab, I love being creative, working with my hands and bending wires and making appliances.Its great knowing my appliances contribute to the patients final result.

I have been working with the Radney Scott Orthodontics family since 2002.My job is to create diagnostic models from the patients impression or molds of their teeth that the doctors use to develop individualized treatment plans.I alsomake all of the clear retainers in house and often have them ready the same day!I enjoy working with my hands, being part of the team, and spreading joy throughout the office.
