I just wanted to come a say that Dr. Scott and his staff are the best in PG county, they are so warm, friendly, helpful and a very sweet group of professional. I have had all three of my kids get braces and for the years I have been coming they have been perfect. My husband and I have two children that needed services from Dr. Scott and so we were recommended by our family dentist. The office staff and Dr. Scott are very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the service. Dr Scott is very patient with my son who seems to have a problem wearing his retainer. I have 3 kids, all of whom are patients of Dr. Scott, and my husband is as well! 4 patients, and the experience has been professional for each and every on. All of the staff are cheerful and friendly and they seem to know all patients by name. That is impressive! They are flexible with scheduling and will make every attempt to fit you in if there is an emergency (broken bracket, wire, etc.) Dr. Scott has a great 'chair-side' manner about him and is wonderful with the kids and the parents. I'm currently at the beginning of my Invisalign treatment and I'm glad I found this office and Dr. Scott. I shopped around a lot in both DC and Maryland before I decided on this practice. This is definitely the best combination of reasonable pricing, high quality and attentive care that I could find in the DMV area. Both Dr. Scott and the whole staff are great at making you feel at ease, ensuring you understand all the moving pieces (literally) and helping to craft the best customer experience from the moment you walk in the door. Is there no 0 stars option? The invisalign worked. Cool. Of course it did. Any licensed orthodontist could have executed that part. I find Dr. Scott to be rude. I've literally never met a person who interrupts others as often as he does. He is in a tremendous rush to say what he wants to say and keep it moving. He's a terrible listener and got very combative when I tried to voice a complaint and offer feedback. I already gave him all my money so I have to have one more follow-up... but if I ever have an issue with my retainer and have to replace it/pay for something in the future... I will go WAY out of my way to go through someone else. This isn't rocket science. Invisalign's software and the initial laser scan does most of the work. Let's be serious. No thank you.

As I am coming up on the end of my treatment (about 18 months), I'm getting my attachments taken off next week! I am extremely pleased with my care experience. I got Invisalign to correct my cross-bite and other issues. From the first visit, he outlines everything and showed me a 3D imaging to project the timeline and show how the teeth are supposed to align by those benchmarks. He and his treatment coordinator made it easy to understand. Dr. Scott is a personable fun doctor, he has exceptional bedside manner, and his staff are kind and warm from front-end to back-end. I definitely recommend all my friends and family to Dr. Scott! Now I can show off my smile! :D

Dr. Scott and his team are wonderful! I was referred to him by my sister who's two children went to him for their braces. Being that this is my second time in braces I was a little discouraged, but Dr. Scott and his team were so professional and welcoming, they made this transition as an adult a lot easier! Today was the day I started my new braces journey this time with Invisalign! Thank you Dr. Scott and the team for everything!

I didn't realize that they primarily serve children here, BUT, I was searching high and low for an office that would install permanent retainers for adults, and this office was the ONLY one in the area that performed this service, with great reviews, and an experienced orthodontist. I am a somewhat sore (which I hope is normal), but I am so HAPPY with the outcome. Would highly recommend for children AND adults

Oh wow, I knew at a very early age my son would need braces! I didn't waste any time and that was one of the best decision I could have made, investing in my son's smile. I wanted to get mine done but as a single parent, I made sure my son's were as straight as mine or stranger. Now that I'm getting more mature my teeth are shifting and yes even my son noticed. So now aft 13 yrs it will be my turn to straighten my teeth.My son still has his permanent retainer at the bottom and still wears the top at night. He doesn't want his teeth to ever look like what it was before Dr. Scott fixed them.

While I haven't been seen in office since 2019, I just wanted to thank Dr.Scott and his staff for thee AMAZING smile I have today. 1st photo is my first set of braces at his office, I had just turned 14. 2nd photo I had just turned 21 (Wear your retainers kids!). I loved his office so much that I decided to go through treatment with him again. And now (age 23) I get compliments on my smile everywhere I go :D

While Dr Scott and his staff are great, this place is a pain to schedule. They are always scheduling at least a month or 2 out (even for urgent retainer repairs). And EVERY appointment there is about a 30 minutes wait to get called back and then another 30 minutes wait to actually see Dr Scott. Every visit (even for a quick 10 minute need) takes AT LEAST an hour. They are great but as a mom with 4 kids... I wish I had found an orthodontist that is much more convienent and quick.

I decided to get braces when I was in my 50's and I'm glad I did. During the consultation, Dr. Scott informed me that he would be able to save a tooth that another orthodontist told me would have to be removed. Since that time, I left my job of 26 years and became a full time actor. Whenever I'm on a shoot, the directors consistently ask me to show my teeth when I smile. Thanks to Dr. Scott and his team, I have been able to work on some exciting film and print projects. I am a living witness that you're never to old to get braces, develop good oral hygiene habits and start a new career. Thank you Dr. Scott.

I am so tired of always having delays at this office. We get here on time and have to wait to be seen. Then, he takes consultations right in the middle of patients. Don't tell him that you are not happy with your wait, or he will get in your face and tell you oh well. "Find a new doctor"

Very rude. I had an appointment for invisalign attachment removal, during the operation Dr.scott removed 3 to 4 attachment and I was in pain. I told Dr.scott that I have very sensitive teeth to wait a little bit before he continues. Dr.scott then say in a lower voice that I was wasting his time and that he needs to finish as if he wanted to rush. After the invisalign was removed I then came back another day for the retainer service. When Dr.scott finished I felt something off about the retainer so I made a complaint and Dr.scott got really made and yelled at me in front of everybody. Dr.scott has anger issues and I will never be back. I highly do not recommend going to this place for service. Take your money to a doctor that will care for you for whatever needs you have and what you are paying for.

Dr.scott is really rude. I watched him yell at one of his patients a while back in front of everyone and she looked really young. He was mad that she wasent putting in her rubber bands frequently and humiliated her in front of everyone. I saw her as I was heading out after the fact and she looked like she was about to cry. Like I understand your mad at a patient but yelling like that and having the room go silent is very unprofessional especially to a child. TAKE UR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!! wait times to be seen for a appointment are about 30 minutes on a good day as well. His staff are all really nice maybe he should learn from them.
