AMAZING staff. I'm extremely high anxiety and extremely afraid of needles. The RN was amazing and got my IV in my difficult veins first try both visits. Dr noren was super gentle and called me around 8-9pm every night to make sure I was doing good. The desk staff handled insurance and disability claims like I've never seen before and were on top of it.

I feel bad leaving one star. Dr. N is great. Quick, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. His office staff are a MAJOR issue. Overpaid on the bill. They tried saying the refund would come from secondary insurance, who don't even participate with the office. After getting the run around for a month, I contacted my insurance company and did a conference call with the dental office, my insurance, and legal counsel. That woman was nothing short of rude and nasty. In short, it seemed as if they tried to pull a fast one. Absolutely, under any circumstances, do not go there. My out of pocket should have been 240. They were paid over 650. When the office is overpaid the office is responsible for the refund. You can't scam a fraud specialist, lady!!!!!

Very unprofessional doctor! I have to pull out one tooth, dr Noren took a look and told me that he'll call me back. A month later I still have NOT received any calls from them. I called and they told me they have to refer me to Rochester? Because they're not able to pull my tooth out? I told my dentist and my dentist called Dr Noren asked him why he couldn't do that for me. He said because I have nose bleeding constantly and other medical issues? I HAVEN'T had nose bleeding in past FIVE years! I Don't have medical issues, I only take vitamin! I don't get it why he tried to mislead my dentist ! What a jerk!

Extremely unprofessional! Scott Noren gave me an estimate for an implant that was around 2500 dollars, but later I was told by his staff that the cost of extraction (another 1200 dollars) was not included in the estimate. I also found out that he makes unnecessary appointments before and after the operation and charges patients several hundred dollars for each appointment. In the "pre-op" appointment, he didn't even bother to look at my tooth and instead talked about random things such as his stock investments. Later, I found out that he had charged me 300 dollars for that appointment. After he extracted my tooth, his staff told me that there will be a "post-op" appointment, which could happen over the phone. A day before the appointment, I received a phone call from his office saying that I had to come to the appointment in person. I said I will not be able to come in because I was busy on that day, and his staff got mad at me and talked with me in a very rude way. Later, I received a letter from Scott Noren's office saying that I was banned from going to his office again.

Dr. Noren and staff were the most caring, compassionate, and helpful medical practice I've ever been to. He did a wonderful job in a tooth extraction and his demeanor is kind and gentle. Nervous about everything, his staff and he kept me calm and were patient with all of my questions. I want to thank them for making something like this a surprisingly easy experience.

Had major anxiety going into procedure. The staff and Dr. Noren are amazing. There humor and friendliness made it a walk in the park. They even called twice to see how i was doing. If you need teeth pulled or implants this is the place to go.

My dad took my wisdom teeth out and I couldn't have had a better person take care of me. Proud to have this man as my father and my oral surgeon!

I was lucky to be referred and seen in a short window of time. He was able to extract a tooth that was troublesome. The staff was awesome and the procedure virtually painless. I highly recommend!

I had multiple abcesses and wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled. Dr Noren was beyond rude to me when I was in crippling pain and suspected I was merely looking for pain meds. Dr Noren's receptionist LIED, saying I was giving her trouble and causing a scene, meanwhile my grandmother was in the lobby and can testify that I did nothing of the sort. When I got home from the ER, where i went after my consultation, Dr Noren sent me text messages, telling me "he could never see me in his office again" and yelling at me as if I were a troublesome 5 year old. When he evenually did agree to give me an appointment, he scheduled it for 2 months after my consultation. I had two abcesses that could have killed me. This dump only cares about you if you have good insurance. Shame on you, Dr. Noren. I hope the ACLU shuts your musty sinkhole of a practice down.

The following was my review from another office earlier today: "Questionable waste of time. Was referred 25 days ago for a one-tooth extraction. Over an hour wasted listening to the dentist upsell implants to the customer nearby. Feed gibberish regarding flying after a one tooth extraction, which totally contradicts available public data. Left while watching the dentist peruse his schedule slowly, making comments about my chance of getting in within the next month "rare." Despite completing 2 rounds of heavy duty antibiotics for my chronic infection, I leave, worse than before I arrived. Thanks for costing me a half day of work, and time I could have used to actually get an extraction." Response from the owner - Copied and pasted as follows: "My staff never told this patient she would have the extraction on the same day as the consultation appointment and she was made well aware of this. We do consultations in the afternoon and rarely do surgeries in the afternoon. I "perused' the schedule looking for an opening for her. The real story is that this was going on for months with this patient. She was also trying to plan this around a vacation that I could not find ample time between surgery and flying for her. She is absolutely correct when she stated it was a chronic infection. Leaving the office in anger and slamming the door doesn't help either. I accommodate many patients rejected because of insurance issues seen elsewhere. Too bad she couldn't wait to try to get in sooner..." Response to Owner's Response: I had "the consultation" on 8/2/18 to get the referral to you for an extraction. How u use afternoons versus mornings isn't my concern, nor was this shared, so that's irrelevant. The "real story" is how evident it was that this was more about a sales pitch than remedying my, as you admit, "chronic infection that has been going on for months." So neglect my chronic infection??!??? This seems borderline too personal, and neglectful, waking a line line thin with HIPPA and my needs as a patient. Call it anger, cause it sounds irate and attempts to portray me as irrational - But how about waiting 25 days for an extraction, which was noted explicitly on YOUR blue referral form (copied for my records) than to be confronted with a sales pitch when vulnerable. I came for an extraction, not thousands of dollars on your "recommendations." I am leaving in a month for vacation, hence why I scheduled an extraction on 8/2/18 for 8/27/18. How many consultations does a person need to get a tooth pulled??? It was confirmed you had my X-rays. It could have been completed today in less time than I was there.
