HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE as a new patient. IF I could rate a zero I would. My daughter had appointment scheduled with Dr. Jensens office for over a month. When we arrived was told they didn't have a referral for her. I was really confused bc why would the office call me to schedule, give me a confirmation call the day before just to show up and not have a referral. When I started to question this a front desk "secretary" Tonya began raising her voice and said it was the patient's responsibility to bring in the referral. Like its almost 2023 who brings in paper referrals. After sitting there over a hour was finally called back. Clinical staff was nice but once I was about to leave TONYA the "secretary" called me to the counter to continue to talk about the referral still raising her voice. The office mgr was there at the point and heard the way Tonya was speaking to me..you think she took the time to get her unprofessional employee under control NOPE! She stood there like a spectator and did nothing. I was asked to wait in the car..REALLY?!?! I have NEVER experienced anything in my life like this at a Dr office. The lack of professionalism at the front desk leaves a complete dis-taste for the entire practice. UNTIL TONYA is out the door and they have better quality front desk staff I will continue to express what happened to me. I've already contacted the regional manager from the office that referred me. They will no longer be referring any patients to Dr Jensen! Please do NOT waste your time and money. No one deserves to be treated in such disrespect and be expected to pay.

Dr Jensen and his staff are very kind and caring I had to have all my teeth removed and very scared they were there and listened to my concerns. I have a small mouth and I am bruised all over my face I'm still in alot of pain but I would definitely recommend Dr Jensen and his staff very very understanding Thank you so much Dr Jensen and your staff God Bless y'all

Dr. Jensen was very rude and careless. I suggest going elsewhere.

Came for a consultation. 3 weeks later for my appointment sat for a half hour to be told they didn't have my appointment scheduled for the day I was given with a business card for my appointment. Left light headed and feeling sick because I was told not to eat or drink anything the night before... just to be told to come back in 2 weeks for my appointment. Bad communication and can not keep up with there own appointments they set for their costumes..... let's hope they get it right this go around.

Horrible place to go, don't waste your time. They treat you like your less than and have nasty attitudes. Last time I checked dentistry is still a service, have some respect for your clients who put your check in your pocket. Place will be closed soon anyway it's disgusting.

Just had some teeth extractions done yesterday, they did a great job! However the recovery process is something to look at. There was no recovery, once your eyes are open they immediately lift you up and say we need two strong legs here. Really!!!! I'm still very sedated can't put one foot in front of the other, very unstable very wobbly and that's how they took me outside and sat me in the car seat. Did even try to make sure my seat belt was on. All the while talking about another co-worker. I can't believe that they didn't give you anytime to recover from the Anesthesia before dragging you out, that's how it felt like I was being dragged out the back. I'm very bothered and disappointed in the treatment of a 70 year old woman who was sedated beyond and not have time to at least get her baring so that she could've walked out herself.

Absolute brainless employees here. Won't start wisdom teeth removal without a vehicle in the parking lot even though the child's parent is inside the office the whole time. Scared of a emergency? The hospital is across the street. Employees say it's policy, so they just accept "policy" without question or logical thinking. This is what we call sheep. Find a dentist who can think for themselves

I had my wisdom teeth pulled out 12/17. So far so good with my recovery! Dr Jensen also called me the same evening to check on me. The procedure was super quick. No complaints.

I left several voicemails at Dr. Jensens office (despite always calling during office hours) over the course of a month before I finally called once and got an answer. Never getting a return call on my many detailed voicemails should have been my first red flag. When I finally was able to book my consultation, I arrived and spent 45 minutes in a waiting room during a pandemic filling out paperwork that could have easily been online. Many people in the waiting room had their masks pulled down and nothing was said to them. Once I was called back, my request for a child's blood pressure cuff was ignored, until the adult would did not work on me of course and then they listened. Dr. Jensen came in and spoke with me for no more than 3 minutes, only telling me what the X rays that were sent from my dentist showed. He looked in my mouth at my teeth once for all of a second or two. The entire consultation could have been an email and saved me three hours of driving and two hours in the office. When I arrived for my surgery there were once again multiple people in the waiting area not wearing their masks correctly. When I was called back my request for a child's BP cuff was ignored again, until the adult one would not work, again. I was laid with my head back (as in the headrest part of the chair was tilted towards the floor which is insanely uncomfortable and quickly became painful) as if the surgery was beginning soon, had paper placed over my chest and medical equipment just laid on my chest including the suction device which was already turned on, clamps, and the oxygen tube which they put in my nose as soon as I was in the chair (not turned on,) and was left alone in the room in that insanely uncomfortable position for 20 minutes! They even had the large plastic holder in my mouth to hold it open before I was asleep from the anesthesia, I couldn't believe they'd put a patient in such an uncomfortable position before putting them to sleep for surgery. The person who administered my IV did not even tell me when she was about to stick me and to my surprise was sticking me in the wrist without warning rather than the inner elbow. Had there been communication I could have let them know I have never been stuck successfully on my wrist and would need the inner elbow, but there wasn't. I simply could not believe that I was hearing the assistant talking about distrusting the covid vaccination, a medical professional denying science is never something you want to hear just before going to sleep for surgery! When I was thinking it was finally over and I could just drift off, they secured my arms and legs to the chair while still awake. Everything they did while I was still awake could have, and should have, been done after I was out. Finally, when I awoke I was taken out to my care almost immediately, I could not have been in the building for more than 2 minutes after opening my eyes. The assistant walked me to the car for my ride to pick me up and all but threw me in the passengers seat and shut the door. I did not even see Dr. Jensen once on the day I had my procedure. Dr. Jensen called me the day after my surgery to check on me and seemed rushed and annoyed he was even doing that while he spoke to me like I was dumb for misunderstanding something on the post op paperwork. They did not call again for a reason such as to see if the pain medication caused any issues, which mine did. I had to go to urgent care and get an IV only 4 days after my surgery as my hydrocodone made me so ill I became dehydrated, despite only taking it the first two days before managing my pain with ibuprofen. I happen to be a close friend of my dentist (who owns his practice) and will be letting him know about my experience in hopes they will no longer refer patients here! The only reason I was referred here to begin with was because they accept Medicaid. I truly felt like they looked at my chart and went "oh she's on Medicaid, we can treat her however we want." Complete lack of care for their patients and for their field as a whole. Go anywhere else.

Complete Nonsense, I was referred to them by my dentist for surgery. I had oral surgery at this office in Jan paid over $600 in out of pocket expenses and they waited until September to submit the claim to the insurance company. By that time I had maxed out my coverage and the insurance company did not pay. They in turn sent me a bill or $2000. Do not trust them with your care or your pockets.

Please do your own research before going to this Dentist. I personally would not recommend anyone going to him.

Unfortunately I will be finding another place to get my extraction. I made the first appointment In September and was Double booked & booked for a Friday! ( they are closed ) Then made another appointment & front desk pretty much tried to insult my intelligence and make it seem as if I had it wrong and mixed up my time and day ( coming from people who doubled booked me) made one last appointment! It's actually for tomorrow October 3rd at 11:30 am anyone find anything wrong with that given that given that Once again they are closed smh. Saddest ever and to think I actually had a extraction done there before and was pleased with my service. I guess I will have to find someone else Because they obviously don't want me there wow who knew

I had an abscessed tooth to flare up last weekend & I knew I needed immediate help & relief. I know how to do my own research & let me tell you, this Oral Surgeon is AMAZING! I was scared & in a ton of pain. Dr. Jensen & his staff, put me at ease. He was very concerned during the procedure to remove my tooth. That was his only option because of the infection. He was extremely professional & was constantly asking if I was ok. From the front desk, the Office Manager, the Nurse & Dr.Jensen, all were wonderful to me. I would go back & refer anyone for his services!! They even called me to check on me following the days after the extraction. I can just say WOW! AWESOME experience for a horrible problem. You will not be disappointed with this office in any way. Thank you Dr. Jensen & Crew!!!!!

The staff is very nice. However, I would not recommend dr Jensen for the tmj surgery. I have been in pain for the past 6 years since my first tmj surgery in 2014. My face is misshapen on side surgery was done, most folks can't understand what I say. Always check your surgeon out first. Save yourself some pain.

My son got his wisdom teeth removed at Dr.Jensens office, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The staff at the front desk were really nice ladies and the nurses who brought him out afterward were great. He was drowsy after anesthesia and they were kind and caring, helping me to get him in the car.Dr.Jensen was great as well talking with me afterward and explaining about my sons aftercare at home.I would for sure recommend his office to anyone who needs oral surgery done.Great staff and great dentist.
