She was a Dental Assistant before she became a Hygienist She is the youngest of her 12 siblings and learned early on that saving our teeth is so critical to our overall health. Noi loves being part of seeing patients get healthy through regular teeth cleanings and periodontal care visits with her. When Noi is not cleaning patients teeth, she loves cooking and used to have a local cooking show on TV. She loves mushroom hunting and fishing and makes medicines from Alaska nature to help with sicknesses.
Chantz loves the atmosphere and the people at ALCAN Family Dental. Dentistry and health is her passion. She found oral health is often overlooked and affects the rest of your body so dental exams are so important as well as the things you eat and drink. Wellness is a huge goal for Chantz. She loves fishing and spending time with her kids and friends.
For over 20 years, Mary has been in the dental field. Mary graduated from UAA in the early 90s from the Dental assisting program and has been in the industry ever since. Today, Dr. Laudon calls Mary DQ which is short for denture queen. She loves doing lab work and working alongside team members to give her patients the best care possible.
Mary is from Bermuda and spent time living in New York City before coming to Alaska. At the age of 13, she qualified for the Olympics in the 800-meter event in track. In her free time, she enjoys styling hair and nails as well as cooking and crafting.
Danielle has worn many hats throughout life as an Aerospace Machinist, worked on the F-22 Raptor Prototype project, NASA, Boeing Space & Defense. She later decided to get into sheet metal fabrication and powder coating. After leaving Boeing she knew she wanted to be in the dental field.
Angelica has been in the dental field for over 17 years, having completed a variety of trainings in implant, scheduling and billing seminars. Angelicas goal is to help patients from the moment they walk into the office. With her clinical and administrative knowledge, she can help patients with all of their dental needs.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, two daughters and dog, Hannah. She also enjoys working out at the gym, cooking and getting her nails done at the salon. Angelica is fluent in Spanish and English, so patients who would feel more comfortable with a Spanish speaker, please see her at the front desk.
Kristy started at Alcan back in 2016, she has advanced training in medical/dental and medicaid billing and when you come into ALCAN Family Dental you cant help but see her smiling face and hear her welcome you! She is detailed and organized and ready to help patients with utilizing their dental insurance. A smile is so critical in patients feeling confident and shes happy when patients leave smiling.When shes not at work Kristy loves to fish, and teach her little boy how to ride a bike and play outside.
A native of Louisiana and baccalaureate graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, Dr. Gagliano graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. After graduation, she moved to the Navajo Indian Reservation and worked at Sage Memorial Hospital.
While there, she traveled to the remote dental clinics on the reservation, taking care of Native Americans in the rural communities who were unable to come to the hospital. She also took care of pediatric patients in and outside of the Operating Room.
In 1997, she relocated to Anchorage, Alaska and has had the privilege and honor to serve in many different arenas within the dental profession including, private practice, Forensic Dentistry, Clinical Instructor at the UAA, and in Public Health. Serving as the Dental Director in Fort Yukon, as an Associate Dentist in Kodiak, Sand Point and King Cove, My profession has allowed me to provide dental care to those who would otherwise not have been able to receive it.
Dr. Gagliano will continue to provide the highest quality of dental care and clinical performance to her patients. She has a commitment to her patients to provide the best possible dental experience, along with compassion and understanding of their personal dental needs. Establishing a relationship of mutual trust and respect is essential in creating a great doctor/patient relationship.
Always up for the next adventure, she and her husband enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, cooking (and eating), traveling, football (Geaux Saints!), and exploring all that the beautiful state of Alaska has to offer.

I've been going here my whole life and they have always been helpful. Recently called because I needed a dental form completed and the front counter clerk was amazingly responsive and prompt about on helping me fix my issue.

Dr. Laudon is the best! I've gone to a couple of other dentists and regretted it. Won't see anyone but Dr. Laudon from now on. Does great work and is very good at administering novocaine. His many years of experience show in his efficient, gentle work.

My husband and I have known Scott since he went to work with his Uncle Don Burke. My husband just had his teeth pulled. When we went back for his follow up Scott sat and talked about all the great times the family had and still has together. We were greatly saddened when we walked into the Moose Lodge and saw Scott's name on the board that he had passed. Love and prayers for him, his family and his family at Alcan Dental.

Dr. Scott Laudon placed a crown on one of my top molars when I was 13 and it was done poorly. His group, at the time, said if there was any failure in the tooth in less than a year, that they would re-crown it for free. Well I ended up needing a root canal and he argued about paying for the re-crowning. He finally redid it and it was sloppy. That same tooth has been re-crowned now 5 times. It also had to have another root canal because he missed a root. I pray that no one else falls victim to this dentist. His attitude was extremely poor as well. He had a huge ego and just was difficult to work with. Very poor customer service and a feeling of lack of care for his patients. If you want a stellar dentist, go see Dr. Vivian Burke at Midtown Family Dental. Her and her team there are so great! They are always trying to help and make the dental experience so much better. They also serve their customers 7 days per week. Just a great place!

It was the most painful experience getting root canal i kept telling him i could feel it and he acted as if he was annoyed that i was feeling pain. the temporary kept falling off, while i waiting 2 weeks for a cap to come from Florida because he cant spend the money locally to have that stuff done. NOW I HAVE AN ABSCESS ON THAT VERY TOOTH, STAY AWAY

I was looking for a new dentist in Anchorage when a friend referred me Scott Laudon at Alcan Dental Group, and I'm so thankful she did! The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and overall enjoyable. Dr. Laudon, his assistants and the receptionist all made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The procedure itself was pain-free and finished in no time, and there were no issues down the road (a problem I have ran into with other dentists). I would definitely recommend Alcan Dental for any dental care needs - they are fantastic!

Dr Laudon crowned all of my upper teeth and they turned out beautiful. The color matched my lower teeth and he also corrected some of the angles to make a Hollywood smile!

Dr. Laudon and his staff are the best I have ever had. They make you feel comfortable and safe, especially when they have sharp objects in your mouth. What I like is that Dr. Laudon takes his time and cares about offering the best service. I was ask if I would recommend Dr. Scott and the obvious answer is yes.
