Dr. Simpson has been practicing dentistry for over 31 years. He grew up in Farragut, TN graduating from high school in 1969. Dr. Simpson attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1969 to 1976 graduating with both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. He attended The University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis from 1976 to 1979, graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Since then Dr. Simpson has continued to expand his base of dental knowledge and skill by completing hundreds of hours of continuing education at fine institutions across the nation.

Dr. Simpson belongs to numerous professional organizations including the East Tennessee Oral Surgery study club; Second District Dental Society; Tennessee Dental Association; American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Simpson has been a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry since 1988. He is a lifelong learner and routinely exceeds requirements for continuing education having received the ACE award from the Tennessee Dental Association multiple times. For over 22 years he has focused on cosmetic dental design and has completed numerous smile makeovers in his career. This means he has the training, experience and level of achievement to beautify your smile while optimizing your dental health.

Dr. Scott Adkisson has been practicing dentistry in Lenoir City since 2001. He grew up in the small community of Coalfield, Tennessee and graduated from Coalfield High School in 1988. Dr. Scott began his first years of college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. While working as a fly fishing guide in Northeast Tennessee, he finished his degree in Microbiology at East Tennessee State University. From 1997 to 2001 Dr. Scott attended the University of Tennessee-Memphis where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with full honors.

Dr. Adkisson brings the latest technology and most advanced dental techniques taught by leading universities and dental organizations in the nation. He is constantly advancing his education to bring the most advanced and proven technologies and proceedures to his patients.

Dr. Adkisson believes in the finite blending of esthetics and health.
