Dr. Nicolette was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He went to Ohio University for Undergraduate studies, where he met his lovely wife Cindy. He then attended University of Illinois for dental school. He is happily married to his wife, Cindy, and they have 6 children, Nathan, Noah, Maddie, Anna, Jonathan, and Antonio. Dr. Nicolette loves to fish in his free time!
Cindy graduated from Grove City High School in 1992. She attended Ohio University for her undergraduate degree where she met Dr. Nicolette. She continued her education at the University of Illinois and received her Masters in Social Work. Cindy worked with adolescents and families in a residential treatment center in Illinois until she decided to be a 'stay-at-home mom.' She and Doc have been married for 30 years and have six children. Cindy has been homeschooling them for nearly 14 years. In her spare time, she enjoys healthy cooking, tennis, and helping out in the office.
Jamie was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She attended Eastland Career Center and has been in dentistry since 1998. She has been working beside Dr. Nicolette since 2004. She has now taken on the role of Office Manager! She is happily married to her amazing husband, Rich. Together they have 4 sons, 1 daughter, 2 grandbabies, and 2 fur babies.
Angie has been a dental assistant for 24 years. She completed dental school in 1997. Her and her fianc, Shawn, enjoy their 3 dogs and cruising in their 1979 Trans AM. Together they have 2 adult daughters, and are looking forward to having grandbabies in the near future. She is an avid Buckeye Fan.
Mindy was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She attended and graduated from the dental program at the South-Western Career Academy. Mindy works up-front alongside Jamie. She has three fur babies -- Bruna, Beanie, and Stormi. She enjoys binge-watching TV shows and spending time with her boyfriend, Cole.
Sydney is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has been a hygienist for five years. She enjoys helping patients improve their smiles and building long-term relationships with them. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Noah, traveling, cheering on the Buckeyes, and taking care of her many houseplants.

Dr Nicolette has been amazing. My husband has a very complicated mouth and Dr Nicolette has taken the time to really talk with my husband. The Dr presented options, answered all questions and let my husband decide which path. The Dr has helped my husband every step of the way and if anything had changed they stop and actually talk about it. I don't mean just taking to my husband. I mean long conversations and taking WITH my husband. Hearing him, understanding him, explaining the options. It has been amazing. We switched to Dr Nicolette when other last dentist retired, and I'm glad we have such a good replacement.

Would not recommend Dr. Nicoette's office for any of your dental needs. They did a deep cleaning on my son and did not take the required x-rays for my insurance to cover it. Their fix was for my wife to take another day off work to take him back for the x-rays, she was not able to get any more time off. So instead of taking responsibility for not taking the right amount of x-rays and after confirming multiple times with my insurance that it was indeed Dr. Nicolette's office in the wrong they charged us with the full amount. And didn't bother contacting us until they were gonna send to collections to try and rush us to pay. My last conversation with Jamie at the front desk where she told me one thing and did another out of spite of my wife leaving a bad review on Google. Also my last talk with Dr. Nicolette where he acts like everything I said was annoying him and he swears they did everything right. Even mentioned why should he help after my wife left them a bad review. At one point he even blamed the condition of my sons teeth very unprofessional in my opinion. Not sure what changed with his office but use his services at your own risk if they don't do your procedure right you will pay he will not except responsibility for any of it. Its a shame how they would treat someone who used them for years. Good Luck!! If you choose to use them. *Edited* Thank you Dr. Nicolette for the general we did nothing wrong response to my review. Your fix was for my wife to take time off work that she didn't have to bring my son back for x rays that should have been taken the first time period. I can send you word for word my conversations with both of you. There is no inconvenience on my side thanks for the concern. I was just leaving my experiences with your Office so that others will know what to expect when or if it happens to them.

Just got dental fillings done. The dentist and staff are amazing and great to talk to. They were very informative with me on what's going on. My first visit was actually free(including x-rays), this was very helpful for someone who doesn't have insurance.
