At Scott Family Orthodontics, our mission is to deliver high-quality orthodontic care using individualized diagnostics and state-of-the-art treatment techniques. It is a privilege to provide our patients with a friendly and compassionate environment and create beautiful, healthy smiles, one smile at a time, from our family to yours.
Our dental office is located in Pueblo, CO, and we provide braces for adults, pediatric orthodontics, and TMJ therapy. We are also one of the only practices in the region to offer Invisalign and SureSmile treatment.
Dr. Brian and his wife, Anne, are both natives of Pueblo. Anne has a Bachelor of Science in Fine Art from Eastern Michigan University. She has done numerous community art projects, and is currently a full-time yoga instructor and health coach in the Pueblo community. They have two children.
Highly educated and well-trained, Dr. Brian attended the University of Southern Colorado (today known as Colorado State University-Pueblo) for his undergraduate studies in Biology. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree, with honors, from The Creighton University School of Dentistry. He completed his specialty training in orthodontics and received a Masters of Science degree and his Certificate of Orthodontics from the Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
Additionally, Dr. Brian completed an intensive two-year post graduate course at the Advanced Education in Orthodontics Institute. This course is considered to be the most advanced course of its type in the world, teaching the Roth-Williams philosophy of orthodontics.
The Roth-Williams philosophy of orthodontics focuses on correcting teeth so they are in harmony with the movements of the temporomandibular joints (TMJ) and the muscles of the chewing system. Health and properly positioned jaw joints are critical to long-term orthodontic stability.
A Roth-trained orthodontist, Dr. Scott uses an articulator, which is an instrument that analyzes the functional relationship between teeth and joints to reduce tooth wear and increase their overall longevity.
Using these unique techniques, he is able to achieve a very high-quality orthodontic finish that is not only esthetically pleasing, but engineered to provide our patients with a stable bite designed to last a lifetime with minimal tooth wear or damage.
Dr. Brian feels it is important to stay on the cutting edge of orthodontics. He maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology. He is currently a member of:
Kate is an exuberant and compassionate clinical assistant. She graduated from Colorado Dental Assisting school in Colorado Springs in January 2020 and shortly after began working for Dr. Scott. Kate is married and has two adventurous dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
Ashley has been an ortho assistant for a little over three years now but just joined our team this last year and absolutely loves it. She enjoys interacting with patients & getting to know them. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and going to concerts.
Jerica is our Benefits Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator. She started her orthodontic career in 2009 as a chairside assistant. She is experienced in treatment coordinating, billing, and insurance. In her spare time, Jerica enjoys spending time with her two kids and husband at their cabin in the mountains, hiking, and fishing.
Tiffany is our scheduling coordinator. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking with her husband and dogs. When this thrill-seeker is not dreaming of sky diving, she enjoys crocheting and laughing with friends and family.
Denise is an outstanding and experienced clinical assistant. She has been employed with our office since February 2012. She has worked in the orthodontic field since January 2004, serving as Clinic Director for eight of those years. Denise is married and has two married children and four grandchildren with whom she loves to spend most of her time. She enjoys participation in Crossfit competitions and traveling with her husband.
Tammy is our outstanding clinical supervisor. She has been a clinical assistant in our office since August 2000. She graduated from Pueblo Community Colleges dental assisting program and immediately began working for Dr. Scott. Tammy is also experienced in our lab and is AOAC Team Certified. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys riding motorcycles, camping, and hanging out with her husband and children. She also takes pride in instructing elderly women in water aerobics at the YWCA.

Not open on weekends the front desk lady was incredibly rude. They won't work with my schedule to get appointments set I shouldn't have to schedule time out of my work day because all the employees go to lunch at 12:30 I shouldn't have pay to put anyone in a Uber and make her go by herself because they can't work with an adult schedule

I do not recommend his orthodontist at all won't remove braces when they are hurting my sons teeth

My daughter had her orthodontic treatment done here. She was treated rudely every time she went in (she was old enough to go by herself). Her last visit she was told her balance was paid in full and asked if she wanted to continue treatment, no mention of additional charges, so she said yes. She went in today and was told it was going to cost an additional $1300, they insisted she agreed to that price over the phone. The only conversation they had by phone with her was to confirm her appointment at that time they told her they would discuss the details when she came in. They are now threatening to send us to collections.

I just completed my Invisalign treatment plan & love my new fabulous smile! Dr. Scott uses state-of-the-art technology & when I started he showed me a 3-D scan of what my new smile would look like. He exceeded my expectations because my teeth look absolutely amazing! The aligners are clear & comfortable to wear. Everyone in Dr. Scott's office is very knowledgeable & friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Scott & Invisalign!
