Born in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, my family moved to Texarkana, TX when I was 9 years old. I came to Searcy by way of Harding University. At Harding, I studied biology and played football for the Bisons. The study of Dentistry then took me to Oklahoma where I received my degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City. I then furthered my education with an Advanced General Dentistry Residency before returning to Searcy.
I am married to Jeanette Eichhorn who works as a cosmetologist and owns European Wax Center in both West and North Little Rock AR. We have six children: Josh, who is a medical Doctor in Little Rock, AR; Rhen, who is senior executive assistant to the owner of the Wonderful Company in California; Dustin, who is a member of the Air Force and works with NSA; Emma who is a senior at Harding University; Amber who works for MAC cosmetics in Little Rock AR; and Ashton who is a junior at Harding Academy.
My hobbies center mainly around Arkansas beautiful outdoors: hunting, fishing, hiking, cycling, and camping. I have been practicing in Searcy for over twenty years and in our Heber Springs office for over ten years.
My philosophy of practice is to put the health of my patients first. I enjoy the cosmetic side of dentistry and appreciate the value it offers to the patient, but I understand the greater importance of the total health of the mouth. This is more than just a business to us and we strive every day to exemplify this to our patients. Thank you for considering us for your total dental health.

They done an excellent job. I had an abscess on my left back, bottom molar. My PCP gave me antibiotics for it a few days earlier. Then on the Tuesday following had an appointment with Heber Springs Dental. They x-rayed the tooth and found that the tooth root we're going bad. They got to me good a numb and pulled it that day. I've had no pain or issues with it since. Thanks Dr. Connor.

I needed a crown and Dr. Eichhorn and staff were considerate of my numbness and sinus issues. They kept me comfortable and completed my procedure quickly. Thanks for allowing breaks and doing a great job!!

I was terrified to go to the dentist, but I was in so much pain, I had no choice. Dr Noland and his staff was patient and caring with me and really helped ease my fears. There was no judgement and all my questions were answered with kindness. I was very impressed.

Everyone was very respectful and kind. They answered any questions I had and explained what they were going to do before doing it. They are willing to work with you on payments when you don't have insurance. Overall a very positive experience 10/10

Great service from beginning to end. I had put off a chipped tooth too long and was in pain. They were able to work me in the next morning and I ended up having to have a complete root canal. (My worst nightmare). Dr. Noland and his staff did an exceptional job making sure I was in no pain and kept me very calm through the entire procedure. Heber Springs Dental staff is very caring and compassionate to patients Terrified of the dentist. I recommend them HIGHLY.

This was my first experience having to schedule an urgent appointment because of a broken tooth. I had not obtained a new dentist after moving a year ago. I was nervous about having to find a new one in a new area. I'm glad I found them! The staff were extremely kind and professionally and were able to get me in the very next morning. This team gets an A+! Everyone from front staff, assistant, to the doctor were all very thorough, understanding, and extremely professional. You represent your team very well. Thank you!
