DON'T GO HERE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE & NOT PAYING CASH!! Let me start by saying Dr Feldman himself is a great doctor, great personality, very good at what he does. The office staff, however, are completely incompetent! I needed a new retainer. In March 2018 I called to find out the cost. The staff told me to check with Delta Dental to see how much they would pay. Delta Dental told me to find out the billing code from the doctor's office. Marcia told me the code. Based on that, DD said they would pay 60% of the $250. I made the appointment. Mind you, I drove all the way from Hollywood to Woodland Hills just for this retainer because my son had great service with Dr. Feldman years ago. At the appt when I said I wanted a metal retainer, not the plastic one, I was told it would be $100 more. Fine. As I was leaving, Marcia told me I had to pay the full $350 UP FRONT, and they would send me a reimbursement check when they get paid from DD. Huh? It would have been nice if someone had told me that in advance, what if I hadn't had the $350 at that time? I paid. Marcia said it would take about 4 weeks for a check. I waited. 4 weeks later I called and Marcia said I didn't have coverage with Delta Dental. Huh? Yes, I do. She said my claim came back as "no account," so she billed my Kaiser health plan. what? I don't even have Kaiser as my medical insurance, and how could she bill them for a retainer anyway? I asked her if she had the correct information for me and she read back my information - she wrote down the wrong SSN. So she apologized and said she would re-submit. I waited 3 weeks. I looked online and called DD. No claim was filed. I called Marcia. She said, "oh, did I tell you we have a new dr in this office, and we can no longer reimburse patients money from the insurance companies?" Huh??!? Wait - you're going to get my $350 AND the insurance money & keep both!? Oh hell no! Fuming! Then Marcia said, "but you can file the claim with DD yourself, and they will send the check to you directly." Oh. Why didn't you start the conversation with that? She emailed me the form and the billing code information. She assured me again that yes, the check would come to me. I mailed in the form as instructed. I waited 4 weeks. I looked online. No claim filed. I called DD. They said it was the wrong billing code. I called Marcia. She gave me ANOTHER billing code to use. I decided to CALL DD again and ask them if it was the correct billing code before waiting ANOTHER 4 weeks (it's been 3 months now). They said no, it was STILL the wrong code! DD told me the correct code. Great! I fixed the form, and sent it in again. I waited 3 weeks this time. I look online. Claim was paid. I didn't get a check! I called Marcia, she's on maternity leave. The new person tells me that Marcia was incorrect, the check doesn't come to me, it came to them! the check has been sitting there since LAST WEEK, they didn't notify me it was there, NOTHING! Oh, and the check is only $127. Whatever, $127 is better than nothing. Ugh....more incompetence. We go round and round. I tell her to overnight a check to me. She said she will "talk to corporate" and call me back by Friday with an update. Guess what? You guessed it! No phone call! One week later, I call the office. This same girl is surprised I hadn't gotten my check yet because they MAILED it out to me! Um....you were supposed to call me with an update last week. Then she asks if I still live in Tarzana? No, that was 6 years ago. You were supposed to call me to get my information last week. She screwed up. AGAIN! Olga gets on the phone. Blames the entire thing on ME for not giving THEM my new address (even though they never called me like they said they would before overnighting the check), and said they have to wait until the check gets returned by USPS (uh huh) and the dr can't sign a new check for 3 MORE WEEKS ANYWAY! Can you say completely ridiculously incompetent!?! It's been 6 months now....I'm still waiting for my check!!!!! Find another ortho unless you're a cash customer!!

I've been going to Dr. Feldman for over 5 years! Why? Because he is a perfectionist! When thinking about my smile, I want it to be the best it possibly can be and Dr. Feldman makes that happen! I wore braces for a littler over a year and half and then committed to my retainer. Some movement happens after braces, but Dr. Feldman manages to find a fix every time! Also, his staff is the absolute best. Karen, Olga, and Marcia are patient, friendly, and professional. When I have kids, I hope he isn't retired!

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Feldman as my orthodontist for 31 years. He is absolutely amazing. When I was 11, I had severe jaw problems and only one side of my teeth touched. In addition, I was had crooked buck teeth. Dr. Feldman straightened out my teeth and helped me get the best bite possible. He worked in conjunction with my oral surgeon and specialist. After a couple years of braces, my teeth looked great, but my jaw was still bad. I eventually ended up having my upper and lower jaw reconstructed and Dr. Feldman had to put braces back on in order for my mouth to be wired shut. Dr. Feldman was there every step of the way and was very involved in making my surgery a success. Not only did he treat me, he treated my older sister, my two nephews, and my two children all of whose teeth look amazing. At 42 years old, I just had my 3rd set of braces on (that's what happens when you don't wear your retainer). On Monday, December 5th, my braces were removed and teeth polished. I am so pleased with the outcome. Dr. Feldman is very honest and detailed in telling his patients what they need. He is not the type to try to make an extra dollar. He is very understanding of financial hardships and will work with his patients in regards to payment arrangements. Karen, Dr. Feldman's assistant has also been there since the beginning and she is excellent. They are all one big family and their patients always feel welcome.

Dr. Feldman was very accommodating to our schedule the day of our first appointment. He got along famously with my young nervous son. I am looking forward to a lasting relationship with him.

After my long search, I was referred to Dr. Feldman for my children. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and the incredible staff. Seeing the beautiful smile on the 9th grade son, I am now beginning the process for my two younger daughters. It truly feels like home every time we arrive for our appointments in the office and Dr Feldman even recently helped my family name our new dog, Alfie. With out a doubt, he is the go to orthodontist of the valley!!!! Randi W

I am indebted to Dr. Scott Feldman and all the wonderful people that work in this office. The incredible patience and consideration that "O" shows when greeting you or making appointments is incredible. And "K" and "P" are amazing with kids as well as incredibly proficient. Dr. Feldman has performed wonders for two of my children who desperately needed braces. My daughter followed Dr. FEldman's expert advice and has a smile that makes you melt. She is so confident and happy with her beautiful smile. Dr. Felman spared my son years of discomfort with apparatus and possible surgical procedures through his incredible placement of braces so that my son does not have an overbite. This is the best decision I have made for my children. I am grateful and thrilled with the results. Thank you!

I love this orthodontist and his staff is equally as impressive. I am an adult patient and decided to get braces after my teeth had shifted over the years. I came in for a complimentary consultation and started my treatment June 2015. By early February the braces were off and my smile was perfect. Due to the high tech Damon System the course of treatment was shortened by four months. I could not be happier. Always upbeat and lovely to visit, the office is like one big family and they are always color coordinated in their work attire, very easy on the eyes!. Dr. Feldman is well trained, very personable and fully informed on the most current treatments which produce outstanding results. Before you decide on a doctor I highly recommend coming in for a complimentary consultation. Also they are right across from the new Village shopping center. Very convenient!

Thank you Dr. Feldman! You saved my smile yet again. After my dog ate my retainer, you are again able to fix my teeth. As hard as it is to believe, I actually enjoy coming here. Olga and the rest of your staff are always very accommodating and it is always a good experience.

Dr. Feldman and his staff, Karen and Olga, are amazing. The appointments were always accommodating to my busy school schedule. The appointments were always fast, convenient, and painless. I was able to get my braces off in fifteen months. Other doctors I went to projected that I would have to wear braces for two and a half years and that I would have to pull four healthy teeth. I didn't believe the doctor at first, but it turns out he was actually ahead of schedule, and I was able to get my braces off before my senior picture! I highly recommend this doctor because he is the best.

Hi I am a 15 year old boy coming from Studio City all the way to Woodland Hills to see this fantastic Orthodontist. I was told by another doctor that my brother and I would both have to pull four healthy teeth and wear braces over 4 years. Luckily my mother found Dr. Feldman who took my braces off in a year and a half and didn't have to pull one tooth. This was a painless and a quick process. Throughout the visits Olga and Karen were very nice and friendly. Compared to all my friends I had the best experience and now my teeth are perfect. Thank you Dr. Feldman !!!!!
