Dr. Jonathan Scott has extensive experience in the latest cosmetic dentistry techniques and has helped hundreds of patients achieve the smile of their dreams. Dr. Scott strives to set the bar of dental care to a higher level. Gentle, patient and caring, he takes the time to provide his patients the best care possible. He is passionate about ensuring patients understand all their treatment options and works collaboratively to establish a treatment plan the patient is comfortable with personally and financially. Highly regarded by patients for his thoroughness, you will never feel rushed and will leave the office with confidence that he is there to serve your needs and interests.
Dr. Scott graduated from the UNLV School of Dental Medicine but believes continuing education is critical in providing his patients the highest level of care possible. He has received advanced training and certification in several areas of dentistry including: IV Sedation, root canal therapy, implant dentistry, sinus augmentation and soft tissue grafting. His advanced skills and extensive experience offer patients the ability to receive many surgical dental services without the cost of being referred out to a specialist.
An Idaho native, Dr. Scott resides with his wife and three beautiful daughters in the Meridian area. He values giving back to the community he calls home and participates in many service events on an annual basis including Give Kids a Smile. In his free time, you will find Dr. Scott and his family enjoying Idahos majestic outdoors while camping, boating and fishing.
Since graduating from Taft College Dental Hygiene, Michelle has gained experience in both periodontal and general practices. She was born and raised in California before moving to Idaho. Michelle uses her skillset to evaluate the whole picture and provide the best dental care for her patients at Scott Dentistry. She enjoys camping and fishing with her husband Darin and son Ethan.
A graduate from Colorado Northern Community College, Teresa, like the rest of our Idaho dental practice team, has added to her knowledge and skill through consistent continuing education. This way, her patients can experience the most up-to-date technology and techniques available. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys aerobics and weightlifting.
Amanda is a Certified Dental Assistant with over 10 years of experience! Her knowledge in dental care and treatment offers a valuable source of education to patients. She is compassionate when caring for patients and is great at making them feel at ease while in the dental chair. In Amandas spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and dog while hiking, camping, and fishing Idaho's mountains!
Stephanie is our Treatment Coordinator and a great asset to Scott Dentistry. She has worked in the dental field for over 15 years. She has completed extensive training over the years on many aspects of the dental world and loves to expand her knowledge. She genuinely cares about patients and enjoys assisting them through the treatment process. Stephanie has a strong understanding of how to best utilize insurance benefits and strives to help patients get their treatment completed in a manner that fits their budget. When not at work, she enjoys crocheting, crafts and friends.

I have been going to Scott Dentistry for ten years. Dr. Scott is extremely good at what he does and the staff are all very good as well as a pleasure to deal with. Stephanie takes good care of me and Teresa is excellent and has become a friend. I am always happy to be there. Yesterday I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Scott. It was a thoroughly excellent experience. It is the next day now and I have no pain. He was great. In addition he called me himself last evening to see how I was. How awesome is that! You can't go wrong with Scott Dentistry.

Can't say enough good things about the entire practice. The front office people are very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The dental assistant do great work. The hygienist's are super efficient, thorough, and gently careful. Dr Scott is extremely good, careful, and thorough. Thank you all for taking good care of my wife and our dental needs.

We've always had excellent care with Dr Scott. I've had other dentists that were pushy with the treatments they deemed essential (some of which were optional but very pricey), but I don't ever feel pressured from Dr Scott. I feel like my choices for my kids are also always respected. Great, friendly front staff, and I love our hygienist. 5 stars!

I was REALLY apprehensive about this place at first (even though they came highly recommended) just because the dentist freaks me out big time and it's a new-to-me place, but it was so unnecessary! I seriously could not be happier about finding this place. I'm no longer so freaked out about going to the dentist. He did literally everything he could to calm me down and I didn't even need the gas. I think he's an anxiety wizard. His staff is also awesome. I honestly will say I lucked out with getting the good word about this practice. I actually had worse anxiety for my 15 y/o (both of us have never needed invasive work on our teeth before now. Thanks, Pandemic), but she did great too. I know I will continue to see him from here on out.
