Dr. Scott Crafton is recognized in the Henderson and Evansville area asone of regions premier general and cosmetic dentists. He has an impeccable eye for aesthetics and is passionate about creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Crafton graduated from Henderson County High School, then attended Murray State University, and the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Upon graduating from dental school, he then completed a residency at the University of Louisville. In May of 2000, Dr. Crafton opened his own private practice in Henderson, KY. Dr. Crafton and his wife Cassie have two sons, Faurest and Fenix. When they are not working, they enjoy spending time as a family, watching Faurest play sports, boating, and taking beach vacations.
Jamie strives to enhance the smile of each patient that walks through our door. She has a passion for improving your oral health and state of well-being. She graduated from Hopkins County Central High School and attended Western Kentucky University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She was ranked top of her graduating class, received the Proctor and Gamble Outstanding Senior Dental Hygiene Student award, and is board certified in administering Nitrous Oxide, local anesthesia, and laser therapy to treat gum disease. Jamie began working for Dr. Crafton in 2009 and has 18 years of experience in improving smiles. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, Lana and Lila.
With over 25 years of experience, Michelle brings an endless amount of dental knowledge to our office. Her eye for detail and design is displayed in her outstanding work. She is a graduate from Henderson County High School and has attended numerous trainings and continuing education programs to broaden her awareness of all aspects of dentistry. She is certified in expanded functions, allowing her to perform many different functions and procedures. She always has a gentle touch that does not go unnoticed. Michelle began working for Dr. Crafton in 2009 and looks forward to helping others achieve optimal dental health for many years to come. When Michelle is not working, she enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats with her husband, Josh. She also is a huge animal lover and enjoys being with her fur babies.
Samantha joined Crafton Family Dentistry in 2017, and she has been the greatest asset to our office ever since. She graduated high school in Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Western Kentucky University in 2011. Samantha is board certified in administering local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide. She is known as the Anesthesia Queen of our office. You can find her assisting Dr. Crafton during procedures, and you can also find her cleaning teeth since she is trained in multiple areas of the office. When Samantha has free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Porter and Hunter Layne.
Hannah has been a wonderful part of our work family for over 6 years. Her infectious smile and laugh can light up any room! Hannah graduated from Henderson County High School in 2010 and Henderson Community College in 2015 with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is board certified in administering Nitrous Oxide and Local Anesthesia. She is also certified in Laser Debridement Therapy to help stop and treat the progression of gum disease. Hannah loves developing relationships with her patients and getting to know them on a personal level. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Dustin, and watching her son Kade play sports.
I'm not the one to ever enjoy going to the dentist, but my experience with Dr.Crafton and his assistants were great. I've always been afraid and somehow always come out in pain but this time was different and I couldn't be anymore pleased. Definitely highly recommend.
