Dr. Baird did a fantastic job of taking out my wisdom teeth. He was clearly knowledgeable and straight to the point, but he also was very assuring and his friendliness put me at ease. His staff was also very good at their jobs and friendly towards me. Overall a great choice for wisdom teeth removal, and almost certainly any other dental procedures as well.

I went to see Dr. Baird to get all my wisdom teeth extracted before heading to college and my experience was absolutely phenomenal. First off, Dr. Baird is an exceptional and very experienced oral surgeon who was so kind and welcoming. Although I was a bit nervous, Dr. Baird and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of my surgery. The two oral surgery assistants who prepared me for my procedure were so kind, loving, and warm. I could have not had a better team and office to do this procedure. Also, the front desk was very welcoming and helped me get all my forms signed in no time and explained everything I needed to know clearly with attention to detail. Finally, my Post-Op instructions were given to me with detail and care so I feel really good about what to do after my procedure. They even had a follow up appointment scheduled for me next week so I can meet with Dr. Baird again. Not to mention, this office follows COVID procedures very well and ensures safety for all the patients and staff. Also, parking was very easy to find around the office so that's also great! I truly have only great things to say about Dr. Baird, the team, and his office. I'm so beyond satisfied with my experience, highly recommend!! Thank you Dr. Baird and team!

Dr Baird is very good skills and talented. However, his employees at front desk are very bad, and rude by customer service . They won't work with patient schedule. The patient need to work with their schedule. If not, that's patients problems. If patients have limited access to care, don't even hope they will help you out. For elderly who doesn't drive that always depends on a ride. I think you need to think carefully before call them to schedule. Cause they will give you an attitude. When they said they scheduled you a phone call for pre-opt appointment, then you need to prepare calling them or you will waste your time to wait them calling you. It happened twice to my dad.

BE CAREFUL. I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Baird - and everything went extremely smoothly. I got through it on over the counter pain meds, and had a positive overall experience. My problems began with my implant surgery. I had local anesthetic... but I do not think that I was numb enough because the surgery itself was painful, and by the time I got home all numbness had worn off and I was in screaming pain. I had to take 2 prescription pain killers to be in a tolerable level of pain. I couldn't have gauze in my mouth the pressure hurt so much, same went for ice packs. So BE CAREFUL WITH DR BAIRD he does a good job, but he does not talk to the patient about how you are or pain levels during procedures. Make sure you are prepared to advocate for your pain level. He did not ask me if I was feeling numb before starting the implant - he just started without telling me. Ask that he tells you what he is doing before he does it, MAKE SURE YOU FEEL NUMB BEFORE HE STARTS! I did not and it left me in traumatic pain.

Never had a problem with the Dr Baird or the procedure, but reception here does a terrible job. Before my operation I specifically asked them to send a follow up email with all of the details. I received nothing. It should not be that hard to provide that information to a patient for their reference. Taking my services elsewhere next time around!

Dr Baird has removed my wisdom teeth, and my daughter's wisdom teeth. He also did an implant for me. I think he and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. They take such good care of me and are so professional. I am sensitive to pain and I've never experienced any pain with him. In fact I just had an implant put in today tonight I'm doing great. I would not see anyone other than him for my entire family. Good luck!

My kids had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Baird a few years ago. My husband, father, mother, sister and myself all had teeth extraction done by Dr. Baird. My sister and I also had implant. We were all very happy with the results. I thought Dr. Baird and his staff were all very professional and would recommend Dr. Baird to my friends too.

We choose Dr. Baird's office for my daughters wisdom teeth extraction but unfortunately the office's costumer service is not consistent. The front staff was too moody, inpatient, and getting them to answer simple questions was difficult. The nurses and Dr. Baird kept calling my daughter a different name that was not even her name, without taking any effort to ask how to say her name correctly. That showed that they really did not care about the patient and where there to just take your money. During this COVID -19 pandemic when so many business are suffering due to lack of customers I would hope that dentist offices showed better customer service. I will not bring my second daughter and will sadly not be making any referral recommendations to this office.

I had my wisdom tooth removed less than a week ago. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Scott Baird and his staff. I had been avoiding getting my wisdom tooth out, but Dr. Baird is truly compassionate. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Before the procedure I felt anxious (only because I don't like needles) and when I woke up I couldn't help but laugh at how quickly the time seemed to go by, and at how easy it all seemed. My recovery was seamless - I just followed the instructions I was given. I had no swelling and was able to exercise after two days. I'm so happy to have had such a great experience with my wisdom tooth extraction, and would recommend Dr. Baird to anyone needing dental work.

I had a cracked tooth that got infected and had to be removed. I was terrified. Dr. Baird not only put me immediately at ease, but he and his assistants were gentle, fast and meticulous. The only pain I had was the prick of a needle because I asked for sedation. I woke up after the tooth was out and had no pain for the entire day. When the Novocaine wore off I took one pain killer. No swelling, no more pain and I was back at work the next morning. I would highly recommend this oral surgeon!

Dr. Baird is fantastic. I was super nervous going in to the procedure, but it really went off without a hitch. In addition, Dr. Baird personally gave me a call to see how i was doing post surgery. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor.
