Dr. Breland was raised in Warner, Oklahoma. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Dr. Breland then attended The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry where he graduated in 1995. While there, he was chosen to participate as a member of the forensic team, to help identify the victims of the Oklahoma City Bombing.
Dr. Breland established his practice in Sapulpa August of 1995. His main focus of practice has centered around General and Family Dentistry. Dr. Breland has had numerous hours of continuing education with Root Canal Therapy, Oral Surgery, Children's Dentistry and Implant placement.
Dr. Breland is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Tulsa County Dental Association, Tulsa Endodontic Study Club and a Proud Member of the Sapulpa Chamber of Commerce and Sapulpa Main Street.
