Our office is conveniently located at 7 Smith Avenue, Suite 102 in the Greenville Medical Center and is accessible via all the major roads. We are proud of our office which fully utilizes state of the art equipment.
We provide gentle, family oriented dental care to the adults and children of this community. We utilize the best equipment sterilization techniques available to dentists. In addition to general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, we work with specialists in Periodontics (gum diseases), Implant dentistry and Endodontics (root canal treatments) and other specialists. With this team we emphasize quality comprehensive care and preventive dentistry.
Dr. Scott Klimaj is a life long resident of Rhode Island where he attended Bishop Hendricken High School. He is a graduate of Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts where he was a Biology major. Dr. Scott Klimaj earned his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 1998. Since entering private practice, he has been providing quality, general dentistry with an emphasis on cosmetic procedures.
He and his family reside in Scituate, where he has been active in the community, including being a former elected member of the Scituate School Committee. When not practicing dentistry he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time on their farm raising Scottish Highland cattle and all things outdoors.
Dr. Denise Goodman received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at State University of New York at Buffalo. While in Buffalo, she researched at Roswell Park Cancer Research Institute on a National Institutes of Health grant funded project. Dr. Goodman graduated from Tufts University of Dental Medicine in 1979. During her training, she became interested in pediatric dentistry and was drawn to the unique challenges of caring for children.
Dr. Goodman has been the recipient of numerous awards, including being voted a Top Doc in Rhode Island Monthly Magazine by her peers. She is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Rhode Island Dental Association (RIDA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD).
Hi. My name is Gina and I joined Dr. Scotts practice in 2016. I have been a dental hygienist since graduating the CCRI program in 2008. I enjoy treating & interacting with patients of all ages. Helping them feel comfortable while achieving and maintaining a healthy smile. During my free time I enjoy outdoor activities, especially kayaking and biking. It is a great way to explore all that RI has to offer.
Hi. My name is Julia and Im a life-long resident of Scituate, RI. I graduated from the CCRI dental hygiene program in May 2018. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. And on Sundays you can find me cheering on the sidelines for the New England Patriots. Go Pats!
As a dental hygienist I practice soft tissue management for sensitive patients. My goal is to allow each of my patients to experience a comfortable cleaning while maintaining the highest level of care.
Hi, I'm Angie. I was born in Arkansas and moved to Rhode Island in 1991. I graduated from the dental hygiene program at CCRI in May 2006 and joined Dr. Scott's team in September 2006.Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 daughters, hanging out by the pool and cheering them on with their team sports. Hi. My name in Gina. I was born in Alabama but have lived in Chepachet, RI for the last 19 years with my husband Scott and daughters Sarah & Megan. I never post reviews but, I'm so glad to have found a great and personable dentist like Dr. Scott! I've never had a painful experience he's so considerate to ask if I'm in pain every step of the way. I also always look forward to get my cleaning done! I've seen many of his Hygienists over the years and have never been disappointed! His office staff is always on point with my appointments and they are so courteous. Hope this helps anyone looking for a caring dentist. :)

I've been a client of Dr. Klimaj for 4-5 years now and have generally had a good experience with his office. The employees are friendly and do a great job BUT their administrative staff is horrendous. I had my standard 6-month checkup scheduled for April 12th @ 815am (my usually time). I arrived only to be told my appointment wasn't until July... 9 months after my last visit and was at 5:15pm... I've never scheduled nor will I schedule a dentist appointment in the afternoon. They clearly messed up the scheduling which is fine, mistakes happen. They apologized and rescheduled me for 04/21 at 915. I hoped they would have shifted some things around and took me on the 12th but they didn't. Not the end of the world. Fast forward to the 21st - I arrive and call to alert them I arrived and they say "oh we have been trying to reach you, we had to cancel your appointment. We called numerous times on your 562... phone number." I told them I've had the same phone number for 20 years and they've used that phone number for multiple years as well. They said sorry, when can you reschedule... I told them I would be cancelling my relationship with them; not because they made mistakes but their nonchalant attitude to the situation was incredible inconsiderate. They could care less that they have messed up 2 of my mornings and thought I would simply stick with them and hope they don't screw up 3 times in a row. Of course, Dr. Klimaj will never reach out and apologize for this inconsideration because his first and only interest in getting as many patients in the door to increase his bottom line. I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience as of late with this office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Scott Klimaj for years, and cannot rate his services high enough. His hours are convenient, his staff is courteous, I love my hygienist, Julia, and Dr. Scott is incredible at what he does. He treats his patients with respect and he shows he genuinely cares by taking time to answer questions and ensure he has a complete view of what his patients are experiencing. Top notch dental provider! 5+++++ stars in my book!

Dr Scott Klimaj charged me many many thousands of dollars for a bottom denture that other dentists only charge $2,000 for. Then we struggled for 4 years with his defective denture. He does not stand behind his work. I have nothing in writing for it to be free if defects he would not make a denture that was free of defects for us. I asked do you even stand behind your work ? He said here is how I stand behind my work get out of my office and don't come back. We found another dentist , he does stand behind his work and only charged me a small fraction of what Dr klimaj charged me. As for Dr klimaj's reviews I saw a site he has patient reviews on and he pays a monthly fee for a page on that site He has his own portal where he can edit and control the reviews

Dr. Scott is awesome in his honesty and bedside manner. He actually has a personality which some drs. Along the way lose. He makes me feel confident in my decisions regarding my family's teeth health and he's great with my 7 year old.
