We understand that not everyone is a fan of dental treatments, and our office is often the last place patients want to be. However, our dentists, hygienists and other staff members all strive to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I have seen dentistry change dramatically in the 15 years I have been practicing, and have stayed current with those changes. My commitment to quality of care and compassion for those in need remains unwavering. I am here to serve and help, to the best of my ability, each person. My patients range in age from five years old to ninety-five (and counting). I enjoy the opportunity to spend time with and learn from my patients, and appreciate their willingness and desire to learn from me and our team. Our team is made up of seasoned professionals, and everyone is a specialist in their respective department. We are a collective of passionate and compassionate people who always put the needs and comfort of our patients at the forefront. We truly want every patient to feel like they are the most important person on the planet!
Each year, Dr. Babin attends a range of continuing education offerings offered by local study clubs and participates in seminars, lectures, and meetings. He has completed courses through SPEAR Education and CEREC Doctors, as well.
On weekends you may find Dr. Babin in his garage, polishing a family heirloom: their 1969 Corvette Stingray. He also can be found slow-roasting ribs and brisket on his smoker, or out enjoying a run. He and his wife are huge college football fans, so fall Saturdays revolve around the games.
Dr. Mazure-Schmidt received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Washington. She completed an Advanced Degree in General Dentistry Training from Birmingham VA Medical Center, in Birmingham, Alabama, which included a residency. At Birmingham VA Medical Center, she provided comprehensive dental care to her patients including implants, endodontics, aesthetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Mazure-Schmidt believes that knowledge and education will always enhance the patient-provider relationship.
Dr. Mazure-Schmidt is a Pacific Northwest native, spending most of her childhood living in Mercer Island and Issaquah. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering on her favorite teams! In her spare time, Dr. Mazure-Schmidt enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, and spending time around people she loves. She is also very excited to welcome a Bernedoodle puppy, Rory, into her home this Summer.

I have been going to Dr. Babin for several years. I have always had pain-free excellent service. Today, I had an excellent tooth cleaning. The staff really does want you to have a great experience! As an update, I needed to have a tooth extracted this week. I was concerned it would be painful, but the entire process was absolutely painless and quick. I even received a follow-up call from the doctor the next day! Go here!

Switched dental offices due to a move. Very nice folks all the way around. Got me a spot in two days. Was doing routine X-rays and they saw a small cracked filling. Best part they were able to fix it on the door in like 15min. Front of the house, hygienist, dentist .... awesome job all the way around!

Getting implant but living out of state. Hillary at the front desk is the BEST and works around my travel marvelously. The dentists and staff are top notch skilled, professional and a pleasure to work with. My implant has been a better-than-expected experience. I've been going here regularly since they opened the shop in Edmonds several years ago and always receive the best care.

The staff is warm, friendly and truly care about their patients. I wish I found them when I first moved to Washington. I have nothing but the highest praise for this group of dedicated professionals. And don't forget to floss!!!!

This office has the most professional staff and kind attitude. My first appt was today and when I first walked in I felt at ease. They were all so welcoming and prompt for my appointment. It was a very comfortable place to be for my teeth cleaning and X-rays. They are so friendly and have a gentle touch. Heidi was my hygienist and so happy she was! Dr. Babin has a positive attitude and he was very encouraging as was Heidi and his staff. The best and the friendliest of dentists and dental staff ever, and I'm 67 and have been to a number of dentists in the past.so I know what I'm talking about.

Dr Babin has a great sense of humor. The people are all sweet and helpful. One really great thing about this office is that they have the equipment that digitally maps your tooth and makes crowns on-site in one visit with a perfect fit! Kudos to all!
