My 9 year old had a appointment for a filling he has severe anxiety and also asthma. He told the hygienist that he wasn't comfortable going without me I also stated I wasn't comfortable with him going alone. In the past I've been with him during every procedure he has had varying from medical to dental he doesn't do well with strangers. They gave him adult advil upon further investigation was entirely too much. They refused to allow me to go back with him Lori the receptionist is beyond rude and thought yelling at me was going to get their way and when I said we would just leave she yelled fine then leave. I said okay I'll do just that we called to cancel any further appointments and they were rude and hung up on us. The dentist himself is kind but his staff is awful and for that reason we will not be back. If you have young children with anxiety or health issues I'd recommend checking around.

Over charged my elderly mother. They told her $250 and then they changed it to $700.

First call told them my daughter had VA ins they said the accepted drove the hour to get there for them to tell us that her ins was not active. My child was in alot of pain but I had to bring her home. Called the case worker and was told nothing was the matter. Called back to reschedule. Nurse acted like she didnt know what I was talking about and I had to have WV ins. Waste of time and gas jut to get a little help.

The office is clean,beautiful and the Dentist is very gentle and caring! The dental team is very friendly and helpful Definitely recommend this office for your dental work!

The staff is very wonderful and are fast to help u. Dr is wonderful takes time to talk to u we couldn't ask for a better office and staff there thank u Dr schwarz for everything u guys have done to help my son was rwreal appreciate it

This man ruined my teeth. I had calcium deposits on my front two teeth growing up, and about 8 years ago, he convinced me to let him carve them out and fill them, a procedure that was purely cosemetic, as I had no priordental issues... Less than a year later, one of the fillings fell out and caused a huge chip in my tooth. I called his office and he wouldnt even examine the tooth to tell me IF he could fix it unless I paid $75. I went to Lawson Family Dentistry and it was fixed... that filling held for 7 years. Recently, the tooth broke again. Because of the procedure he did, I am going to have to pay roughly $3,000 to get a veneer and a crown done, not to mention the pain and embarrassment Ive experienced because of the procedure he chose. My teeth, when he carved my calcium deposits out, were fine... the procedure was for cosmetic purposes... now I have to be conscious of everything I do, afraid that my tooth is going to break, until I can pay to have a crown done. Please don't go to him for anything other than cleanings... he has great hygienists but he, himself, is awful.

Best Around. Amazing Staff. NEVER had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. He loves children. Won't go anywhere else.
