Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, credit card or interest-free financing through Regency Finance.
Dr. Michael R. Kudryk DMD grew up in Freehold, NJ. He graduated college from Syracuse University. He then attended and graduated from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey in 1997. After Dental School he completed a general practice residency at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr Kudryk has been practicing dentistry for 22 years. He has been living in Pennsylvania for the past two plus years. Prior to this, he lived in New York City for 20 years and still maintains a practice in NYC one day a week.
Kelley has been a chair-side dental assistant at Schuylkill Dental Medicine since 2000. She is a Pottsville Area High School graduate class of 1999. Kelley continued her education at Schuylkill Training & Technology Center in Frackville. She graduated from their Dental Assisting and Dental Radiography program in 2000. She currently resides in Cumbola with her husband, Jason, and 2 daughters, Harper and Cameryn. She likes spending her free time with her family. Kelley loves helping her patients maintain a healthy, happy smile.
Aubrey joined our team in December 2019. Aubrey graduated from Penncrest High School in 2012. She then continued her education at Harcum College to graduate with an Associates Degree in Basic Dental Science in 2014. Aubrey grew up in Media but is now a resident of Schuylkill Haven. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, Tyler, and daughters, Gracie and Teagan.
Jena is a 2011 Graduate of Nativity BVM High School. She is a 2014 Graduate Pennsylvania College of Technology with an Associates Degree & Anesthesia License. Jena graduated Magna Cum Laude and received Excellence in Dental Hygiene Performance Award. She loves outdoor activities and and spending time with, her husband, Dave and dog, Clyde.
Kayla joined our team in March of 2016 but only as a fill-in; then in May of 2018 she decided to be with us full time. She is a 2011 graduate from Tri-Valley High School in Hegins. Kayla graduated from the Dental Assisting program in 2013 and Dental Hygiene program in 2015 at Luzerne County Community College receiving an anesthesia license and associate degree in applied science. Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and daughter, Alanni.
Gina comes to us with 25 years of clinical experience in Dental Hygiene. She is a graduate of North Schuylkill High School. She is also an alumni of Pennsylvania College of Technology where she earned a degree in Dental Hygiene. Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and their daughters, Avalyn and Vivian. They like hiking, camping and spending time at the beach.
Angie joined our team in August 2018 bringing 6 years experience in the dental field. She is a 2006 graduate of Pottsville Area High School and 2009 graduate of McCann School of Business & Technology, where she earned a specialized business degree in marketing and management.
She spends her free time with her family: husband Dave, son Davin and daughter Aspen. Angie is ready and able to handle just about anything you throw at her to enhance our patients' dental experience.
Katie is a 2014 graduate of North Schuylkill High School. She has worked in the medical field for 4 years in multiple capacities. This is her first venture into dentistry. Katie is eager to meet and assist our patients along with helping them achieve their dental goals. Katie loves to spend her free time with her fianc Dj and their daughter Aleah.

I really love this office they were so nice to me when other dentists in the area I lived in weren't. I drove an hour just to be seen by this wonderful team. You won't be disappointed at all!

Staff is great and all. If your the last patient of the day expect to be rushed and have them not finish the job properly. They ended up doing more harm than good to my teeth after fillings. Been a month and still having pain from them adding filling to a tooth that didn't even bother me to begin with. Not coming here again.

Our family has gone there for over 10 years. Old owners were so polite. This new office manager is just down right rude. Had an issue with insurance not on my part!! Called to reschedule an appt until the issue is resolved with delta dental. She had the nerve it say it's sounds like a personal problem not a office problem. Who tells customers that or speaks to ppl that way when ur dealing with the public. I have a job with the public. She needs some ppl skills Needless to say I will not be going back!! Sorry for all the nice ppl who work there

LIFESAVERS!!! They run a great practice. They got me in on super short notice when I cracked a tooth. I would have had to go on vacation in pain and discomfort all week. But they really helped me out and got me taken care of fast. They are always super friendly and professional. They are also incredible when my 8 yr old daughter has to go in for visits. They are great with children and really put her at ease. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Kudryk and his staff are so nice and friendly, they really make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Their work is excellent always make room to get you in, especially if you need work to be done or an emergency. Highly recommend them to anyone!!

I had my first appointment with SDM today and I could not be more pleased. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable. I felt in control and well informed during my entire appointment. I went in as an emergency appointment and had an extraction, I left as a new patient due to how wonderful this team is and how pleasant my experience was. I highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr Wasilewski for almost 20 yrs and not once have I left there with my mouth hurting from getting my teeth cleaned. Also, their staff is very nice and he has helped all my family with teeth issues we have had thru the years. I would highly recommend him and his hygienists. I would have put loved it but he IS a dentist, now really who loves going to the dentist? In all seriousness, they are the best.
