We accept most PPO Dental Insurance plans.Once we have your insurance information, wewill prepare and submit all of the necessary forms. We remind you, that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier, not between your insurance carrier and our office. We make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we will do our best to see that you receive the maximuminsurance benefits. Know that most dental insurances do not provide 100% coverage. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits offer less coverage than anticipated. If you would like to know what your expected coverage would be in advance of any proposed treatment, we can submit a pre-treatment estimate that will generally take 4-6 weeks.

Always in good hands with Dr. Schultz. She is truly one of a kind! During COVID, the entire office has gone out of their way to make sure everyone is safe. She loves what she does and I think that's what makes the time there enjoyable (yes, your dental appointment can be enjoyable!!). She will never do anything that is not in your best interest. Thank you for keeping my teeth (and me) happy! I recommend her 100% !

I go to Schultz Family Dental in Park Ridge for many reasons. 1. Holly is a great hygienist who cleans each tooth individually from all 4 sides. She also checks your gums to make sure there are no issues there. 2. Lauren Schultz checks me out so I can ask questions and have a plan for my next visit. 3. When issues arise, I do not have to worry about pain or discomfort . 4.They process my dental claims cheerfully and help me understand my plan and how to use it. You simply can't do any better than Schultz Family Dental of Park Ridge.

Dr. Lauren is the best dentist. I was always nervous about going to the dentist until I starting going to her office. I appreciate that she always explains step by step what she is going to do. She does well accommodating your schedule to get you in especially if it is last minute or an emergency. I highly recommend her to all my friends and actually enjoy going to the dentist now!!

Dr. Schultz is fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. She explained everything thoroughly and presented reasonable options. Her staff is helpful, kind, and welcoming and he office is comfortable and modern. I recommend her frequently!

Doctor Schultz is the BEST! She makes going to the dentist easy. She is knowledgeable, reasonable and friendly. The office is a clean and comfortable setting along with a great staff. My entire family goes to Dr. Schultz and I refer to everyone to her.

Dr. Lauren Schultz is fabulous. She is very gentle and she is very skilled. She has done regular dental work for my family and has provided a couple of restorations for my new dental implants. She is awesome! Her staff is as nice as she is. Linda - her receptionist is always cheerful and helpful. Her dental hygienist is gentle and thorough too.

I went to see Dr. Schultz for nerve pain in one of my molars, and Dr. Schultz gave me a very thorough understanding of my options before referring me to a specialist for an oral surgery consult. Also, my teeth cleaning was efficient and comfortable.
