Has been serving Macomb County since 1976. He has more than 36 years of dental experience and has superior dental skills. His honesty and values set his office apart. His approach to his patient needs and sensitivity toward patient concerns are highly regarded.
Dr. Schultz's passion for dental technology allows him to provide the highest quality of dental care available today. He takes great pride in dental continuing education, is constantly learning and will always be a student of his trade.
When Dr. Schultz is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family wife Nadene, son Ryan, a dentist, and daughter Lana, a teacher. He also has pets BoBo, a Yorkshire Terrier, and Maxwell, a beautiful Tabby Cat. He enjoys tennis, golf, biking and boating.
Dentistry was a natural career choice for Dr. Ryan Schultz, following in his father's footsteps. He attended Lahser High School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and was one of six people nationwide to be accepted out of high school to the accelerated six year dental program at the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School.
Dr. Schultz received his Bachelor of Science and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees in 2010. He is dedicated to providing excellence in cosmetic, restorative, endodontic and implant dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association and the Macomb Dental Association.

Because of Dr. Richard Schultz I have a fear of going to the dentist. I went to have a bad tooth removed he insisted on doing a root canel he really believed he could save the tooth. He told me what all he was going to do which drained my dental insurance and I would have a cost of $ 3100 I put my trust in him. He gave me injections to numb the area. When he was going to start the procedure...I immediately told him I'm not numb he started to drill and hit the nerve I started screaming and crying in pain .. he tried to calm me down the pain so severe. He then had his assistant give me pain medication..then decided to refer me to a oral surgeon to do the root canel... I lost 2 days of work because the right side of my face was swollen. I went to the oral surgeon who informed me that the tooth couldn't be saved and removed it.. I've been a patient for years ...it has been a year and a half since I been to a dentist I just can't get over the experience. Today I have scheduled a appointment with another dentist... yes I'm scared I plan on telling him my experience and pray he doesn't think about how much money he can bank but the care of my teeth.. When it's time to retire put your pride aside leave with grace ... my family have not returned and advise others to seek another dentist.

Dr. Schultz has been my dentist of choice for 20+ years, and I've had nothing but a positive experience with him and staff. If you listen to Dr. Schultz and take due precaution following an intense procedure, I can safely say you will not have an experience similar to the fellow below me.

Dr Schultz is not a member of the american dental association and there's a reason hes a terrible dentist he only cares about how much money he can charge your insurance. He did a terrible job on my tooth and caused me to loose it. I went to a real dentist and they couldn't believe what a poor job was done on my crown, they asked if it was a temporary, it wasn't. Stay far away from Dr Schultz he a better shoe maker than dentist...

I had a complete overhaul of my teeth & they made sure that I was comfortable and didn't feel anything during the extractions. they also made sure that I had a denture immediately so I didn't have to go anywhere without any teeth! so happy with my experience with them!
