Shelly was extremely rude. I was asked to sit and out of no where she raises her voice and tells me to leave. She was not part of my child's dentistry. I told the doctor and he just said if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. My son said she went Karen mode.

Dr Schropp is honestly the nicest most caring Dentist , he is very patient, kind & not a " high pressure" office . We trust & appreciate his honesty & work.

If I could give no starts at all I would have. The reason behind my aggressive review is because my mother recently started seeing Dr. Schropp. After the first visit I received a letters stating he won't be able to provide dental care services due to my mothers apprehension. I asked my mom and she stated there wasn't any problems, she just felt pain when he was doing a filling and he numbed her again. We were with our previous dentist for years with no issues and we decided to change because it's closer. When I called to get clarification the person on the phone stated my mom was very nervous according to the doctor.. I've been with my mom to her previous dentist and sat in the same room she was very calm and with a normal behavior.

Just had my teeth cleaned by Sue and she was great. Gentle but my teeth are really clean. Welcome Sue.

My family has been going to Dr. Schropp since my children were kids. Now my daughter is 24 and still goes to him. I also still only will allow Dr. Schropp to work with my teeth. I am terrified of dentists from a traumatic experience as a little girl. This is the best dentist and staff you could ever pick. Gabby is amazing and knows her business and the staff are great in particular, Nicole/Nicky is great. So attentive and kind. Makes me feel like I can trust everyone there to look out for my best interest. <3 :) #Wouldn'tgoanywhereelse.

Dr. Schropp is a great dentist who will listen to you and make sure that you are comfortable at all times in his office. Whether you are just going to get a check up or looking to get major work done on your teeth, Dr.Schropp understands how important it is to do a great job every time and will not give you anything but the best service!
