Alyson wears many hats at Schratz Orthodontics and is responsible for the day to day operationsof the practice. She is ready tohelp you with scheduling, insurance claims and questions, and any questions regarding your bill. She loves working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free experience.
MJ assists Dr. Schratz withthe orthodontic services and takes great care in making patientsfeel comfortable during the process. She is there from the very beginning taking x-rays,using the iTero Scanner to create digital impressions, and helping to carry out the treatment plan. MJ loves watching the transformation and seeing those beautiful smiles when the braces come off!
I was nervous about getting my braces on, but Dr. Schratz and his wonderful staff made me feel at ease and extremely comfortable! I would definitely recommend their office to anyone needing orthodontic work! The atmosphere was very relaxed and everyone was down to earth.

From the moment you walk through the door, the practice manager (Aly!) makes you feel welcome and completely at ease. Dr. Schratz and team are especially great with nervous little ones. Check ups are always a breeze with his team. Additionally, Dr. Schratz takes the time to speak with us after every visit -- making sure we are all on the same page as we move forward with treatment. My family highly recommends Dr. Schratz and his team at Schratz Orthodontics!

I chose Schratz Orthodontics because I was interested in getting Invisalign. I went to the McMurray office because it is closest to my home. The office hours are very accommodating for my work schedule. Everyone there is very professional. They walk you through all of the steps of the procedure, the cost and payment plans. My Invisalign was a great success. I have had braces twice before and I found Schratz Orthodontics to be the best experience I have had for orthodontics.

We live in Columbus and we're in town for Easter weekend. My daughter's brackets broke on her braces due to a mishap with our dog. We needed to get her in ASAP because it was difficult for her to eat; however, it was Good Friday. Most practices were closed and others that were open would not see her because they did not place the braces. I left Dr Schratz's office a voicemail. Not only did they call me back, but Dr Scratz came in to repair my daughter's brackets despite the office being closed...I should also mention that he did this before leaving to see a relative in the hospital. He spent time with her and did not rush. Her brackets were repaired perfectly and we were able to enjoy the holiday with our family. I work as a nurse, and I have high expectations for healthcare. I was quite impressed with Dr Schratz and his office manager. This was truly compassionate...it is hard to find people who truly go out of their way to help you. When we were finishing the visit, I went to the desk thoroughly expecting to pay for his services, He told us not to worry about it. If he were out of town with one of his children, he would hope someone would do the same for him. I would encourage anyone to go to this practice. Dr Schratz and his staff are a perfect example of how orthodontist or any other healthcare service office should be!
