I have been so pleased with my experience. I went somewhere else for another family member's braces, and I was charged more, and the orthodontist wasn't as knowledgeable as Doctor Schouten, which resulted in treatment that took years longer. I never feel like I am being sold something or pushed to do anything at Doctor Schouten's office. It is not an office with lots of bells and whistles, but it is a great office for superior orthodontist work and very kind customer service. After having a very disappointing experience at another orthodontist, we have come here for all of our other children.

We were traveling through northern Utah when my daughters powerchain broke on her braces. We happened upon this cute clinic and walked in to see if they could help us. We called another other orthodontic clinic in the area and they didn't want to help. The staff here was so friendly and got us right back, fixed up and on our way. I cannot say enough good things about this small town clinic. Thank you to everyone who helped my daughter! If we were staying in the area they would have earned my long-term business for sure!

I had a wonderful experience at Schouten, aside from obviously leaving with a beautiful smile, more than anything I loved the staff here!! Every single person from receptionist to the assistants to Dr. Schouten himself were always so friendly and quick to make you feel like a close family friend when visiting! They always do giveaways and participate in local community activities ad well, it's clear they care about their patients and community :)

My braces experience was amazing! I love the Springville office. My first visit I was given a welcome bag and treated so nicely by everyone. If I had any emergencies I was taken care of asap. Dr. Schouten and everyone in the Springville office made 2 years of my life with braces worth it! Would recommend them to anyone! Love this team!

There are many great things about Schouten Orthodontics. As a teenager, I had a pretty bad overbite and other problems. Now, you would never be able to tell; I always get compliments on my smile. I had to have an appliance to straighten my jaw, and Dr. Schouten timed it perfectly with my growth. As for my teeth, Dr. Schouten was very detail-oriented and thorough. He never settled or said "that's good enough" until it actually was. Another great thing about Schouten Orthodontics is the environment. When you walk in, there is a positive atmosphere, and the assistants are very friendly and capable. I would absolutely recommend their services!

Two of our children are patients at Schouten Orthodontics. Dr. Schouten and his staff are wonderful! They are friendly and knowledgeable. We never have to wait very long when we come for appointments. The office atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat. The prices for treatment are very reasonable, and they are easy to work with for setting up manageable monthly payments.

Dr Schoutens and his staff have been awesome. My second child is being treated by Dr. Schouten. They did such a great job and the kindness of everyone is what brought us back again. Anytime we had a question or needed something they were quick to return a call and get us in.

I started going to Schouten Orthodontics years ago, my older siblings had terrible experiences at other offices and so we switched to Dr. Schouten and it has been amazing, the staff is always friendly, Dr. Schouten is a joy to be around and makes going to the Orthodontist a positive experience. My smile looks great, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to get my braces done here.

I absolutely love Schouten and his whole staff. They are so friendly and Becky at the front desk is the best. Schouten is very honest doesn't try to "sell" you on more orthodontic treatment than necessary. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, but 5 is all I can give.

We've had three of our children get their braces here. The office has a fun, laid back atmosphere. Dr. Schouten's friendly banter puts patient's at ease. Becky takes excellent care of scheduling and fun incentives. And when something breaks, it's not hard to get things fixed after hours.
