Dr. Katie Staub is a magna cum laude graduate of theUniversity of Maryland Dental School, graduating second in her class. She was selected as a Diamond Scholar during her senior year and then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, where she was elected Chief Resident. Katie has trained at the Pankey Institute, studying functional occlusion and mechanics and treatment planning. She has also focused her continuing education on sleep dentistry and is Invisalign certified.
Katie is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, Gorgas Odontological Honor Society, and Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and Howard County Dental Association.
Katie grew up near York, Pennsylvania and attended thePennsylvania State University, graduating with a BS in mathematics. Prior to attending dental school, she worked as an actuarial analyst for 10 years.In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and listening to music.
