I was seeing at my appointment time. I didn't have to wait forever. They're all courteous and easy to talk to. They actually talked to me, explaining what they were doing and why. My opinion was asked and noted. I felt like my voice counted instead of them just doing what they wanted. I'm happy I chose them.

This office is simply the best dental office ever. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. Very pleasant and very thorough. Dr. Schmitz is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is going to do to make sure I am comfortable with any procedure. The office is immaculate and clean. I trust this office to do dental procedures with ease. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Schmitz provided a filling for a cracked front tooth. When I got home, my wife said "how did he do that? It looks flawless!" I couldn't agree more. Very professional and such a nice group of people.

This is the best office around. Everyone is so kind and truly care about you. They also have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe. The fact that a previous commenter made a statement about someone being vaccinated or not is not only rude, and a HIPPA violation, but also unnecessary. They have taken more than enough steps to keep EVERYONE AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE! Also not everyone is able to receive the vaccine due to medical issues, so let's be kind and understanding that everyone has the right to chose!

LOVE my doctor but, my hygienist told me she's chosen not to get the vaccine. I wanted to leave but, she's such a sweet lady I didn't.

I have always been nervous about going to the dentist. I had a bad experience as a child that carried my fear into adulthood. My sister recommended that I go to see Dr. Schmitz and I am so glad that I did! He is very gentle and does everything he can to make sure I know what's going on and I'm comfortable. He doesn't charge for nitrous (laughing gas) and using it calms me down. He has great people working for him and they are all nice and caring people. Becky is my hygienist and she is also gentle and knows what she's doing. I don't exactly know how long I've been going there but it has to be nearly 20 years. I never thought about going anywhere else. I highly recommend them. They are easy to get to in Imperial, just a minute or so off the exit and worth the drive.
