I called this morning to reschedule appointment at 8am no one answered. I called again later an they said we can't see your son because you missed your appointment. Was just rude but they will see my other kids. I think not.

Was a returning customer after 20 yrs, had a back tooth had a filling fall out . Dr Randall filled the tooth with composite(later learned back teeth always use silver) , he filled the tooth with out doing an X-ray first and the filling was deep. I returned 4 days later saying I was in a lot of pain, which dr Philip said I needed to wait another 2 weeks to see if there was an improvement. Nope still in a lot of pain. I made my 3rd visit and then they did X-rays and now the tooth was infected. Had to be pulled. The drs are very rude and quick to get done and not care about the patient. Now my tooth is gone ,.

Horrible services dentures didn't fit from day one even readjusted multiple times they billed insurance for the temporary set Wichita I received and also billed the insurance for the permanent set which I never received pathetic service especially since I can't use the temporary set due to shrinkage so here I set with nothing to work with thanks for nothing

I routinely drop in to get my teeth cleaned on short notice and get worked into the schedule every single time. Everyone is great and always makes me feel comfortable. Dr.'s are excellent and always help anyway they can. Schmitt Family Dentistry makes going to the dentist office a stress free experience!

Very professional staff and great Dentist. Dr. Phillip is great with kids and makes their trips to the dentist a positive experience. I like the fact that they schedule appointments so there is minimal wait time.

had an broken tooth in front of my mouth Schmitt tried to fix with filling....of course it didn't work over half my tooth was gone....and still over 12 months waiting for a call to get root canal and called them and said only had a cleaning appt I missed.... wow just leave me hanging why don't you...... now my tooth is been working it's way out of the top of my gum... what a place....thanks for nothing.......... After returning to the office we gotten everything straightened out... Will be returning for more work I need done

I've been going to Schmitt Family Dentistry since I was a child and still go there even though I've moved out of town. I can always trust what Randy or Philip say without thinking of needing a second opinion. Their office is nicely updated and clean. The front desk and dental assistants are always nice and friendly. I absolutely enjoy going to the dentist with them!

I've been coming to this dentist for about 2 years now.i definitely wount be going anywhere else.they do great work and have been quick to get me in when needed for a fair price.the ladies at the desk and helping him in the office are pleasant also even on mondays!!lol
