Our team is family. Many of the employees have been working here for 10 years plus and some more than 30 years. August 2017 marks the 40th year of this business. We are truly blessed to work with some amazing people who truly care about you, the patient.
Autum graduated from International Business College in February 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. She began working for Scheumann Dental Associates in April 2011 and has been the front office coordinator since August 2012. She lives in Huntertown, IN with her husband, Kameron. Autum and Kameron love traveling to new places together! She enjoys spending her free time having family game nights, shopping, going on walks and playing tennis. Autum is a dog lover and enjoys having new adventures with her two goldendoodles, Oakley and Kingston.
Kortney lives on the south side of Garrett with her husband Adam, and her dog, Tucker. Kortney and Adam have been married since October 2022. She enjoys working out in her spare time. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
Heather received her Associates in Science in Dental Hygiene from IPFW in 2008. She began working at Scheumann Dental Associates in 2019. She lives outside Butler, where she was raised. Heather loves giving back to her community and helping patients achieve a healthy smile. Heather and her husband, Chad, have four children, Stella, Quintin, Otto and Josie. She loves spending time with her family and friends in her spare time. She also enjoys working in her garden, spending time outdoors, watching her children play sports and cheering for the local high school teams.
Amy's warm smile has been with Scheumann Dental Associates since September 2012. She enjoys working with the public, processing the insurance claims, and sending cards to brighten your day. Amy, her husband Derrick, and son Killian enjoy biking, taking walks around Auburn, and spending time with their dogs, Rupert, Riker and Thor.
Sydney graduated from the IPFW Dental Assisting program in May 2020. She continued her education and received her bachelors degree in dental technologies in 2021. She has worked at Scheumann Dental Associates since August 2021.
Tammy received her Associates Degree in Science in Dental Hygiene from IPFW in 1988. In 2003, Tammy began working at Scheumann Dental Associates and enjoys making a difference in the smiles of people she meets!
Tammy and her husband, Steve, have lived in Auburn since 1996. They have three grown children: Tiara, Ashlyn, and Devin, all living in Auburn. Tammy enjoys spending her free time trying new recipes, relaxing at the lake, playing with her dog,Daisy, and spoiling her new granddaughter, Charlotte. Shes excited to meet new people at the office!
Amanda and her Husband Kevin are life long Auburn residents. They have a little girl, Adalynn, and a dog, Sophia. Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, watching movies and cooking. She loves being a dental hygienist because she gets to help people daily and give them the confidence to smile.
Connie is a long time DeKalb County resident. Connie and her husband, Brian married in October 2010 and moved to Auburn. She graduated in May 2008 with an Associates Degree in Science in Dental Hygiene. She began working at Scheumann Dental Associates in the spring of 2011. Brian and Connie have three girls, Leona, Sadie and Sylvie. Connie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and dog, Ruby.

I woke up one morning to find one of my front teeth had broken diagonally. Of course being a front tooth, I freaked. I called Dr. Scheumann's office and told them what happened. They set me up with Dr. Chad Stollar. He told me I would need an extraction and an implant. He was with me every step of the way including oral surgery at IU School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. It was a long and arduous process but he remained calm and kept me calm. He went above and beyond. Then came September and I was getting married and my tooth still wasn't completely finished. He made me a promise that my new tooth would be done before the wedding and he worked tirelessly to make sure it was. Thank you thank you thank you to Dr. Stollar and to everyone in the office for your help. You are the GREATEST!!!

Took x rays on my back teeth. Contraption that goes on the inside of your mouth was so large they had to turn it on an angle to get inside, than it gagged me so terribly they numbed my mouth. Now I have sores from it cutting into the bottom inside of my jaw. The sores are very painful and cause difficulty eating and even talking! This is a good dentist but please get different sized parts for the x rays. We all have different sized features. I cannot even begin to imagine putting that large object in a child's mouth. The one star is simply is from the pain I'm in. Great staff they are wonderful and very friendly. Just please take in consideration that we are not a one size fits all compatible device, but unique in design where every human differs in size and appearance. Maybe your supplier could offer a couple different sizes???

I very much appreciate having Dr. Jessica Pickard help me with all my dental problems! She and her assistant Courtney have been a blessing since I've started going there 2 years ago now. I've struggled with anxiety around dental work and avoided seeing a dentist for over 5 years before I started going to Scheumann Dental Associates. They have helped calm my stress around dental work with excellent communication and made every experience pleasant. The front desk staff is also very kind and knowledgeable! They are the reason I made an appointment to being with. They are always cheerful and happy to help. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try this professional dental office.

Dr. Scheumann, Dr. Pickard and staff do an outstanding job. My kids feel so comfortable when they get their teeth cleaned. Everyone is so nice and personable. We appreciate having them as our dentists.

I've never been to any office (doctor, dentist and so on) that's treated me so well as soon as I walk in the front door. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves, they make every visit a warm and welcoming one. The way everyone at Scheumann Dental treats their patients makes every trip one I never dread. Dr. Scheumann and Dr. Pickard are great!

Wow! It's great to go back to the Dentists office, although it might have been 6 months to late, considering I had a cavity! Nevertheless, I love the Doctor and everyone there!!!! Everyone is so nice and no one else can do this classy of treatments with this amazing quality. What an amazing atmosphere! Thank you for the congratulations on my engagement, you are a so amazing! Schumann Dental Associates really does great work.

You won't find a better dental service in town. The fronr desk staff are welcoming & friendly. The hygienist are professional & thorough. And the Dentists are kind, caring, personable and professional. I highly recommend them. They are all awesome!

This place is amazing. The staff, Dr Pickard and Dr Scheumann are all really great and make you feel comfortable in the chair. There's a reason I drive over an hour for dental work and not just free WiFi. Thank you for being great, and keep it up!
