In order to give the highest quality of care, dentists need to be lifelong learners, so my commitment is to constantly pursue continuing education. Prevention is the key dentists are most successful with the participation of their patients. If can help my patients understand how they can best care for their teeth, I can help them stay healthy and avoid harmful oral problems.
My mission is to make patients my number one priority. I want to provide a comforting atmosphere where they know they will be receiving the best treatment possible. I seek to treat patients as I would my own family members. The goal is to improve their quality of life with respect in a professional, ethical and caring manner.
Dr. Yo currently resides in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband. Shes a member of Community Bible Church and participates in dental mission trips. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Yo enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, traveling, and watching movies.

This was my first visit the staff were amazing! Dr.Wong was so helpful, professional, and fun :) I sadly forgot the hygienist name, but she was absolutely amaxing and so kind and always made sure I was doing ok through everything. As an autistic Adult, I am thankful that they were so l kind and explained what they were going to do every step of the way to put me at ease. They were both fantastic it made meeting my new dental care staff a wonderful experience. Second visit down they are still amazing!!

The female that did my X-rays was kind and had a great personality. The hygienist had great bed side manners and was able to explain things to me. The issue I have is when you come up from behind a patient and start talking. You need to came around and introduce yourself and explain what your are going to do. The doctor of all people should have these bedside manners and knows better. I do not like the fact that the doctor took it pain herself and assumed I wanted a topical numbing and a shot to numb a shallow cavity. I had to ask what she put in my mouth. After being told what it was and what she was going to do. I told her no. A shallow cavity does not need this. She needs to talk to her patients and given the options. Nor did she give my son the option. The doctor took it apron herself and assumed that's what he wanted. Coming from the medical field the doctor treats the patients like a fast food place. Hurry up and get the next one done.Does not build a friendly patient doctor relationship at all. Very disappointing.

The technician and Dentist couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. Had a deep cleaning done by Shannon and she was terriffic. Explained everything and was very concerned about my comfort level. Don't see how it could have been any better. Thanks !! John Durham

Everyone did a great job. The office staff was really nice! Shannon did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I even overheard that she was asked to work though her lunch break and she said yes with no hesitation! Hope she gets a raise!

I love Dr. Yo. She is very awesome. And her staff I will say is pretty friendly and helpful. B and the front office stuff is awesome too. They are willing to work with you and help answer all the questions. They have been very helpful with getting me in quickly and helping me get my implants and partial. I do highly recommend if you need a dentist. Dr. Yo is very fun and understanding. I give it 3 stars for this - the sonic cleaner thing they used to clean my teeth today hurt, my teeth still hurt. And the high pitch noise that it makes hurts my ears. It was like finger nails on a chalkboard. I didn't have a chance to say something until the gal was 3/4 of the way done, at that point I just said "well you might as well finish" and she finished off quickly. Also when I sat down for my cleaning today I asked I could put my headphone in and listen to my book. I was told sure. Then the hygienist preceded to want to talk to me and ask me questions. Which was kinda annoying. I understand they want to talk to you and get to know you and be personable, however I wanted to lay there and listen to my book. - lesson learned don't listen to my book while getting my teeth cleaned. I love going to the Denist and I was so excited to go today. I love the way it makes my teeth feel all clean. I'm not a fan of my teeth hurting. So I will just remind them not to use the sonic thing next time. Overall I strongly recommend going to go see Dr. Yo. She is amazing.

I'm a relatively new patient who got a fantastic recommendation from a friend. I had been with my previous dentist for close to 30 years but I'm so glad I made the switch. Great staff and everyone is friendly.

Went to schertz dental to have my teeth checked they took x rays and explained what I needed.very professional people.front desk person very nice.and Dr Yo very nice and the people who work on my teeth.
