Dr. Martin Schellinck takes pride in creating life-altering smiles, and cherishes the patient relationships that develop during the orthodontic process. Dr. Schellinck is a Central Valley native, and is the youngest of four children, all of whom have a career in dentistry. For Dr. Schellinck, dentistry is a family business & he is eager to take care of your family as well.
Dr. Schellinck received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He then attended the University of the Pacifics dental school in San Francisco. Dr. Schellinck graduated as Salutatorian and was accepted into the prestigious orthodontics program at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. After graduating with a certificate in Orthodontics and a Masters degree in Oral Biology from Baylor in 2013, Dr. Schellinck became Board Certified. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This prestigious title is awarded to orthodontists that have voluntarily passed additional clinical and oral examinations offered by the American board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Schellinck is one of only two board certified orthodontists in Walnut Creek. A board certified orthodontist guarantees that you are getting the highest quality and most up to date treatment. Only 33% of all orthodontists are board certified. Dr. Schellinck prides himself on taking the extra time not only in his own education and growth, but in yours as well. My son just had his braces removed after about a year and a half. I must say, we are in love with his new smile! Dr. Schellink has done an amazing job on his teeth! Dr. Schellinck and Madison are extremely likeable and very patient. They have a very personal approach to each of their patients (my husband is being treated by Dr. Schellink as well). The office is very well organized, the hours are flexible and the staff is super friendly. We will most definitely do our daughter's braces at Dr. Shellinks when the time comes. Most recommended.

Dr Schellinck came to our rescue when my daughter could not see her orthodontist. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed, even matched how the bracket was previously attached. He was friendly and professional. His practice is cozy and intimate. Thank you Dr. Schellinck a hero in a lab coat!

Our son is getting his orthodontic treatment with Dr Martin Schellinck. Everything is going perfect. Martin and Madison are both very friendly. Dr Schellinck takes the time to explain the treatment plan and options in details. We love this place.

Dr. Schellinck and Madison are a dream team! Friendly and professional, these two make for a happy environment. Their office is pristine and calm with state of the art equipment. I am currently in my Invisalign treatment and I could not be happier with the results I have seen thus far. Dr. S is extremely thorough at each step and always makes me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends!

I can not say enough great things about Dr. Schellinck, Madison and they're beautiful office. Dr. Schellinck does meticulous and exceptional work and Madison is such a pleasure to speak with at the front desk. The office is absolutely stunning with it's decor and advanced dental technology. Being a dental hygienist, we tend to be very particular about who we have work on our teeth. I am so happy with the work Dr. Schellinck provided and absolutely recommend him to not only family and friends but to my own patients as well!
