Through Dr. Schaibles unwavering commitment to satisfy his patients needs and expectations, he has earned a reputation as an esteemed dentist who strives for excellence. Dr. Schaible applies his refined clinical skills, keen focus, and respect for each patient to achieve the goal of the highest quality dental care. Dr. Schaible is noted for his focus on oral surgery, dental implants, and complex restorative treatment.
A New Jersey native of this immediate area, Dr. Schaible received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1983. Dr. Schaible makes a point to keep abreast of the rapidly advancing dental profession through participation in numerous continuing education courses. He has attended the esteemed Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education as well as the Dawson Center and is an active member in local dental study councils. Dr. Schaible is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry.
When Dr. Schaible is not with patients, his beloved family, or volunteering for the Jason P. Schaible Memorial Foundation, he enjoys fishing, golfing, running, or hunting both locally and in the wilds of Canada and Alaska.
Dr. OGrodnick is known for her keen attention to detail, kindness and gentle hand. At Bonner & Schaible, she provides restorative care for patients of all ages. She is also the Invisalign specialist, helping to give her patients happy and healthy smiles. Raised locally, Dr. OGrodnick received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University in Baltimore, majoring in Biology with a concentration in Cellular and Molecular Biology. She then graduated in the top tier of her class in 2009 from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, and completed her postdoctural residency at JFK Hospital in Edison, NJ.
Dr. OGrodnick is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Equilibration Society, a Chicago-based group focusing on occlusion and temporo-mandibular disease (TMD). She is passionate about continuing education and staying current in new developments in dentistry. She attends continuing education courses at the esteemed Pankey Institute, in Biscayne, Florida and belongs to a number of their focus groups and study clubs. On a monthly basis, she meets with other Pankey-trained dentists in the region to discuss a variety of dental topics and issues.
Dr. OGrodnick is married to Michael OGrodnick, Esq., also a Hunterdon native, and they are the proud parents of two wonderful little girls: Olivia and Eloise. When Dr. OGrodnick has some free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, hitting the gym, and cooking.
The now retired Dr. Bonner is one of the original founders of our dental practice and is well-known by her patients and colleagues for her high-quality work, excellent communication skills, gentle demeanor, and genuinely caring personality. Her professional focus was on preventive dentistry, minimally invasive dentistry, TMJ therapy, and aesthetic dentistry.
Raised in New Jersey and Connecticut, she received her undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University and in 1976, her dental degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In 1978, she opened her own practice in Lebanon, NJ. Responding to the demands of a rapidly growing practice, she formed a partnership with Dr. Vincent J. Schaible in 1989.
Dr. Bonner has a strong belief in the value of continuing education and its importance to helping her provide the highest quality care for her patients. This is an attitude and expectation that she has brought to the professional culture of our practice that is still evident today. She had been a participant at the esteemed Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education since 1988 and also attended the Dawson Center seminars.
In 1989, she became a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. In July 2010, she was awarded the Mastership Award of the Academy of General Dentistry, representing 1,100 hours of continuing education. It is noteworthy that less than 1% of dentists practicing in New Jersey have achieved this level of career prestige. Dr. Bonner is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistryand was a regular attendee at the latters annual conferences.
Dr. Bonner is married to her dental school sweetheart, Dr. Charles Krowicki, and they have three beautiful daughters: Erin OGrodnick, DMD; Shannon, an accomplished actor and singer; and Meghan Branston, D.O. In her retirement, Dr. Bonner is spending a lot of time with her family, traveling, playing tennis and golf, and working out at the gym.
We are very proud of our staff for they are the heart of our practice. Our highly trained, licensed hygienists and certified dental assistants compliment our focus on prevention and high-quality dental care. The momentum of the practice is in the hands of our efficient administrative staff who are very proficient with insurance needs and scheduling. We are flattered by the consistent compliments about our friendly and outgoing staff.

Out of network for my family but it's 100% worth it. This practice is wonderful. They are kind, clean, and knowledgeable. I have 3 boys and they get excited to visit the dentist. Dr.O'Grodnick is the best!

Fantastic dentist office. Everyone here makes you feel comfortable and like you are part of the family. I visited frequently during my Invisalign process and never waited long once. I have recommended them to anyone looking for a dentist and will continue to! Thank you Dr. O'Grodnick!!

Dr. Schaible gave me back my smile twice in a matter of weeks. Just before Christmas in 2020, I snapped my front tooth in half. Dr. Schaible fit me in the very next day as a new patient and I left with a perfect tempy tooth in place. Over the the next several weeks he went to work prepping my 4 front teeth that were in desperate need some long-overdue attention. Once complete, I was overjoyed with my new, beautiful smile that I had not seen in many years. What a confidence boost! Ongoing dental work and maintenance since then has yielded the same amazing results. Additionally, Dr. Schaible and his staff continually provide a safe, friendly, and professional atmosphere that makes it a comfort to be in their care. I am forever grateful to Dr. Schaible for his gentle approach and good humor, and to the entire staff for how seriously they take their work!

After having had at least ten (10) dentists, over the last thirty (30) years, in Pennsylvania, try and fix my chronic dental problems, I traveled to New Jersey to see Dr. Vincent Schaible. Dr. Schaible and his chairside assistant Karen are simply the very best. As an attorney and doctor, I am cursed with noticing everything that is going on around me and suffer from a compulsion to research it. Dr. Vincent Schaible's dental knowledge, judgement, technical hand ability, and compassion, place him at the very top of his profession.

I could not be happier that I switched over to this practice a few years ago. Every single person you deal with, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Dr O'Grodnick truly takes her time, listens closely, and explains everything clearly. The staff makes the entire experience easy and painless. I can't recommend this practice highly enough!

Can't recommend this office enough! Dr. O'Grodnick and her staff were so professional, warm and courteous. My procedure (crown replacement) was done painlessly and with the utmost care. I knew I was in good hands the whole time. My family and I will absolutely be back. Would highly recommend for patients of all ages!

(Posting under my husband's google account so I can share my positive experience) *Paola Manzo* I went to Dr. O'Grodnick upon a recommendation that she was patient and thorough and a good dentist. Yes!! Dr. O'Grodnick was all of those things. It was our initial consultation and Dr. O'Grodnick was thorough and clear. She imaged my teeth (using scanning equipment, not an x-ray) and explained things to me as a grown adult. She discussed issues that no one ever took the time to point out to me in the past. I see that my molars never came in and need to take the time to really get back there to clean them well. Also I have some wear and tear from possible grinding motions at night. It's easy to feel rushed when you go into a doctor's office. I left having a good understanding of what was happening with my teeth and was provided specific tools for good flossing. I will need x-rays the next time I go, she hesitated bc I still have more to be sent over from another office. I appreciated that as well. Perhaps some dentists would have just gone ahead with another set, but because I had some x-rays done previously she hesitated to do repeat x-rays unnecessarily. If you want to have a good understanding of your dental care, be treated with kindness, patience and respect, then I would highly recommend this practice. From greeting to care to leaving, many thumbs up.

The doctor is phenomenal, love her! The assistant wasn't the friendliest, front end is very friendly & helpful. When I arrived for my first appointment I was really put off by the looks of the building but I followed through with the appointment, glad I did. Also wanted to comment on the office, very old & outdated & the bathroom is gross, hope they make a decision to update in the near future. I would highly recommend this place because of Dr. O'Grodnick.

Look no further for a dentist in NJ as this is the place to go! They even shipped my night guard to my address after I forgot it there at no cost and without me asking! The absolute best!

I have been coming here since I was a little girl and would never even think about switching. They have such a home feeling when you go in there, and everyone from the receptionist to dental hygienists to the dentists themselves are so friendly and thorough. Highly recommend them to anyone! They do a great job with your teeth and also do a great job making you feel important while you're there.

Wow wow wow. Ok first I am a business owner and had to work around my schedule. I was seen right away and immediately felt this sense of comfort. Everyone seems to share the same core values of dedication and compassion mixed into one. I think I got four hellos as I walked to use the restroom. For me, I appreciate when someone tells me like it is in a kind, but slightly firm way on how to improve my health. She really cared about me when she looked me square in the eyes and gave me tips, but then a refreshing, soft pat on my shoulder to give me reassurance and confidence while we ended the session. Dr O'Grodnick complimented her staff while working on me. For her, I can tell yes, it's first about the patient, but she is a dental leader and is paying it forward to up and comers, or leading people who found their zone. You don't find dentistry run like this. So for all you busy people, make the appointment and stick to it. They really do accommodate. I was in and out. Thank you again for the awesome experience!

My wife switched our family of four to this practice after her first visit. I have been to many dental practices over the years, but this one was the best on all fronts: Excellent and helpful staff, a thorough and interested dentist, and a quick yet gentle hygienist. My teeth feel cleaner than they have for years - even directly after my previous hygienist's cleanings. The high-tech 3D teeth modeling is great - you can see the surface of your teeth, in detail, side-by-side with the x-rays. I received more feedback on my teeth today than in the last 10 years - I now know where to pay special attention in my daily self-care. I'm not super-sensitive, but I appreciate the little comfort menu - if I were, I could request noise-canceling headphones, a blanket, ipod, numbing gel, and a lavender scented cloth. Incredible! Only negative is that they're a bit of a trip for me (45 minutes each way). But it's worth the journey for this destination.

This is simply the best dentist office I have ever been to. The day before my appointment I asked if they could change it to make my life easier and the front office rearranged things for me. They double checked with insurance to make sure I did not get double charged with my old office. The hygienist gave me the best cleaning of my life. Dr. O'Grodnick imaged my teeth and spent more time with me than any dentist ever has. I have a friend who tells me they are great with people with anxiety about visits too (sign offering scented towels and all sorts of niceties to make your visit better. I have switched my whole family over!!!!
