Dr Ballard is a graduate of St. John's University in Queens. She then completed her DMD degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Dentistry in Tampa. She completed a one year residency at Flushing Hospital in Queens, NY. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr Schaefer is a graduate from SUNY Stony Brook. He completed his DDS at Georgetown Dental School. He is currently the director of the Dental Department at Flushing Hospital. He and his wife, Dr. Anne Schaefer, successfully ran Schaefer & Schaefer dental office for the past 30 years at this location. Dr Mark looks forward to further serving his loyal patients and the Maspeth community.
