Dr. Emmett Nulph was born and raised in West Valley, Yakima. His goal from an early age was to attend Dental School at the University of Washington. From 1998-2002 he attended the UW earning a BS in Biology and a BA in English Literature. He then moved on, from 2002-2006, to complete his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) at the University of Washington. Dr. Nulph has since returned home to practice General Dentistry where he has done so since 2006.
Dr. Nulph is actively engaged in continuing education with the aim of staying on the forefront of Dental therapeutics. His coursework of choice is broad in scope and includes advanced study in dental materials and techniques, diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease, pharmacology and pathology.
I love working with the public and meeting new people, which makes my work that much more fulfilling. You will see me in the office with a smile on my face, just waiting to give top-quality customer service. I am here to answer your dental questions and schedule your dental needs.
I am very excited to start my career in dentistry as a receptionist for Dr. Nulph. Its a great fit for me working in the dental field and Im happy to call the staff at ScenicView Dental a second family.
I was born and raised in Yakima and enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my two Great Danes that I just adore. My hobbies include working out, camping, shopping, playing soccer, and of course spending time with my fur-babies.
I am proud to be a part of Dr. Nulphs team here at ScenicView Dental. I have been in the dental field for 8 years and love the relationships I have built with patients and co-workers. I am passionate about dental health and strive to make sure patients have a comfortable and happy experience.
I assist Dr. Nulph with all patient procedures and ensure that the office has everything we need to run smoothly. I also work in our dental lab to provide quality in-house appliances such as whitening trays, orthodontic retainers, wear guards, and more. Working hard for my team is one of my highest priorities.
I have lived in Moscow, Idaho most of my life where I met my husband of 13 years. We have two amazing teens that always keep a smile on my face. We moved to Selah in 2015 and are very happy to call it home. I enjoy boating, hiking, camping and playing with my dogs, a Doberman and Miniature Pinscher. I also have a Maine Coon cat. I am a huge animal lover!
I am originally from Arlington, WA but have spent most of my life in the sunny side of the state. I received my dental hygiene degree from Columbia Basin College in 2013 and really enjoy working with my patients. I became a hygienist because of the amount of amazing dental care I received growing up. From years of orthodontics to an implant and crowns made me appreciate all the gentle care I had received. Those experiences inspired me to provide the same kind of care to others and make their dental experiences the best they can be.
In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and our two dogs. We enjoy camping, dirt bike riding, four wheeling, concerts and anything that gets us out on the water. In addition to those things I enjoy oil painting, antiquing/junking, any sort of do-it-yourself projects, traveling and visiting National State Parks.
I was born and raised in Southern California. My husband and I relocated to Yakima in February 2016 and we are loving all that the Pacific North West has to offer. I received my dental hygiene degree from Cerritos College, California in 2012 and have been exposed to dentistry my entire life as many of my family members are in the industry.
I enjoy getting to know each patient individually and helping them feel comfortable during their dental visit. I am passionate about educating patients and helping them achieve optimal oral/systemic health.

I strongly recommend Dr. Nulph's office!! He is very gentle, careful and takes his time to do the most natural look and shade on every treatment. He explains the treatment clearly and with detail. He is very knowledgeable and knows the right place for referrals if needed. The atmosphere is calming. I trust Dr. Nulph to take care of my teeth and my family's.

I have had nothing but the best experience every time I've gone in! best customer service by far and this whole team really tenders to your needs! Ashley from scheduling is a blessing the hygenists are so gentle and go the extra mile! Also I've never had a pleasant experience with getting my teeth numb! So really thank you! BTW best filling I've ever had and it looks and feels great!! Thanks for being people who truly care

My family and I have received Excellent service from the receptionist (5 stars) , the dental assistants, and Dr. Nulph. We started going to Scenic View Dental in 2015. I am totally satisfied with this office and so is the rest of my family. I would recommend this professional office to all of my friends and neighbors. JohnB

As usual, I find this office very comfortable from the minute I walk in until I leave. Ashley greets me with a welcome smile and is more than willing to keep me company for the few minutes it takes until my appointment. This time a new, to me, dental assistant, Mary, was in charge of the cleaning. She was very competent. She explained gum recession, why some teeth seem to get more tartar than others, sensitivities and other concerns. She did this looking at me to see that I was understanding.... not while she was cleaning. This, of course, took more time, but there was never any indication that she had to hurry. Thank you great people!!!!
