Staff was very pleasant and the facility clean but the wait was terrible. My appointment was at 4:00 and they didn't even start anything until 5:00

I called Scatterfield meadows knowing that I needed oral surgery. First I spoke to liz. She was extremely nice I explained I had high anxiety when it came to any kind of dentistry due to a prior experience. She assured me that they could address all my needs. Well they did! From the moment I walked in shaking to when I met the assistant who calmed me with her kindness to the dentist who explained step by step what the surgery entailed. I was made comfortable, before I knew it, she was done. She was extremely gentle and patient. I am returning for follow up for more care and would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a compassionate caring highly trained staff. Thanks again all see you soon!

I want to let y'all know that I am terrified of going to the dentist. I've had multiple horrible experiences with dentists in the past. Last Friday I had to have two teeth pulled. I asked for nitrous and was told my insurance didn't cover it. My terror began to rise even higher. However, much to my surprise I had the best dental visit I had had in over 20 years. The dentist herself did an amazing job and there was very little discomfort. But what touched me so much was that as the dentist was working on pulling the teeth her assistant lightly rubbed my shoulder through the whole procedure! It was comforting and calming. I'm grateful for the entire staff!

I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time. Not a big fan. I found them looking on my insurance page to find someone who takes my insurance, I am so happy I found them. Everyone was so nice and down to earth, made me fill comfortable, and explained everything while doing it. I called on 7/18 with pain in one of my tooth, they set me up to come in 7/19 in and out in an hr and didn't feel a thing!! Finally a forever dentist that will help me get my smile back:).

Today yes long time frist visit . Please work in the future to make me a in and out for now .I work from 5.30 pm too 3.00 am may go back to 10 hr days 5.30 to 4.00 am and yes live LIFE home sleep 7.00 am up 3.30 pm. Thank you !!!

I have always taken my daughter here. I've always felt confident in their treatment, and they do a great job with kids. I personally like the protocol they have taken since the pandemic. I have no complaints.

Unfortunately, I made an appointment here & met probably the most uncaring, rudest female dentist in the county. She told me I needed a bone graft that I did not need ($620 out of pocket). Thankfully, I went down the road to 24/7 Dental & not only were they very nice & understanding, but they're cheaper & they don't tell you that you need work that you do not. Save yourself the bad experience.. go elsewhere.

I have horrible anxiety with dentist. I can't open my mouth all the way due to a scar on the corner of my mouth. The nurse was rude. She told a couple times I needed to open up more when I physically can't. the dentist seemed like I waste of her time because I can't afford the plan she wants to do. This just showed me another reason. why it's hard for me to even go to the dentist in the first place. I miss the old team there. they had compassion and bed side manor.

Scatterfield Meadows is a great place to get your dental work done. They are gentle, and very sweet. They are easy to talk to about your tooth issues without making you feel ashamed that you haven't been to a dentist in awhile. They listen, make a plan as to what you need done, and if you want to do it, fine and if you don't or can't, they don't make you feel uncomfortable if you don't. I'm a person who is usually very uneasy at the dentist due to past experiences, but these gals are wonderful. ...... Kelly Marshall/ Anderson,IN
