Most importantly I am grateful for the excellent and professional medical care I received in preparation for an extraction of an infected wisdom tooth. I feel I am in good care and strongly consider Scarsdale Oral Surgery as top of the list. It is a very welcoming place with very welcoming and competent staff . My sincere gratitude

To Dr Price and staff: Thank you for fitting me in on very short notice (and for a courtesy visit, turns out). Also turns out the problem is fairly minor. All I have to do is chase down that "magic mouth wash," which the big shot pharmacies don't carry apparently! How do you like them apples? See you on the 25th. I do appreciate it VERY much. - Lee B 10/24 Thanks again, Dr Price and staff - am in good hands ... 'preciate it ... - Lee B

Knowing you're going to have some teeth pulled and some implanted is not the best feeling....but I went to see Dr. Fugazy for my consult and she made me so much better. Her calm demeanor and thorough explanation of each step and all my options brought my head to a better space. Even the assistant who scanned my mouth made me feel very comfortable. Even got to share some laughs. Not even worried about the procedures anymore!

I had oral surgery to remove a wisdom tooth. The dentist, Dr. Heather Fugazy, and her team were very supportive, professional and courteous. Any dental visit can be stressful for me but her assistants went out of their way to help me relax. Great job and positive energy during the entire dental process. If I decide to have the other wisdom teeth removed I would definitely return.

I got two of my wisdom teeth removed. The actual doctors and people who were in the room with me were amazing. But I'm really confused at why the receptionist area is so bad. I called twice to confirm that my nails would not be an issue with the pulse reader that goes over the finger, the issue was solved by putting it on one of my toes. However the doctors were also confused when I told them that I was told having my long nails on was fine. Another minor hiccup, my prescription should have been sent out and signed off the moment my procedure was done and I walked out of the door. I was told it was when I left but then I was told by my pharmacy nothing was called in so I had to call them back to ask and then had to wait until the doctor was finished with another surgery for it to get signed off on. And I specifically said the address of where I wanted my prescription to go only for them to send it to a different location.. Minor things yes but not things you want to be dealing with on the day you get surgery done. Especially when you typically want these painkillers and medicines to help you as soon as the numbness wears off not hours later because they can't figure it out at the office.

I was not satisfied at all: 1. I was given a hard time at the front desk about my insurance. 2. I did not have the doctor I made the appointment with. 3. I was not given enough novocaine. 4. There was no available recovery room for me. I had to stay in the chair.

I've been a patient of Dr. Chafitz For probably close to 20 years, he is the best oral surgeon in my eyes compassionate accommodating and a great surgeon, I recommend him to everyone. I was there today and I have to mention his exceptionally kind and nurturing nurse her name was Jenny she's a keeper....

This had to be one of the best practices I've been to. Everyone was very kind, patient and understanding of my situation. We called very last minute and they made sure to squeeze me in, even though their office was booked up. I felt as though I was actually listened to and the pain I was experiencing was validated. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for proper care.

I saw Dr Fugazy at Scarsdale oral sgy. She was knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything that was happening.I will be happy to be under her care. Larry, the finance person came in and discussed cost and offered me a way to save thru a dental plan and it really does. The staff were all great they were efficient and light hearted. Not a gloomy office.

They made my experience an amazing one I hate the dentist. When they are an exception to the rule I mean it. I felt safe everything was painless and fast. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Leung and his entire team are amazing! I had to have an implant placed and I was extremely nervous since it was my first implant ever. They explained everything to me, and they all were extremely professional and caring and made a stressful situation seamless. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for 5-star service!

Dr Chafitz is the best oral surgeon I have ever had. Obviously I'm not a fan of oral surgery but I would not want to be in anyone else's hands.
