When Dr. David M. Greene, DMD was a child he would spend endless hours working on creating detailed models of cars, ships, and planes, a hobby that translates well to the detail-oriented profession of dentistry. As a 15 year old, Dr. David M. Greene, DMD was fortunate enough to work with his Uncle Shelley, who was a dentist in New York City. This wonderful experience motivated him to pursue dentistry as his profession. Now, after serving happy patients for over 32 years, Dr. David M. Greene, DMD continues to hone his skills and expand on this expertise.
Dr. David M. Greene, DMD established his practice in 1984. In addition to his private practice, Dr. David M. Greene, DMD is also an expert dental lecturer, former President of The Study Group for the Advancement of Dentistry in Long Island, and is also an active member of Peninsula Hospitals Dental Society and participates annually in the 9th District Dental Associations Restorative Conference. Dr. David M. Greene, DMD prides himself on continuing his dental education. In fact, on average he attends over 100 hours per year, while the state requires only 15!
Dr. David M. Greene, DMD received his Bachelors degree from the University of Rhode Island and studied at the University of Philippines where he earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. Dr. David M. Greene, DMD also spent 10 years at the prestigious NYU college of Dentistry where he served as an Assistant Professor of Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. David M. Greene, DMD is married to Joyce Greene, Scarsdale Dental Spas Practice Director. He has a married daughter, Amy & her husband Jeff and beautiful granddaughter Ashlyn and grandsons Jeffrey & Ethan. He has a lovable cat named Louie. Dr. David M. Greene, DMD enjoys playing pool, dancing and reading.
He has a Bachelors degree in Molecular Biology from Binghamton University, over 3 years of dental assisting experience in various dental fields, and an A.A.S in Dental Hygiene from Hudson Valley Community College where he received the Student Hygiene Award from Westchester Dental Hygienist Association.
With his gentle approach to hygiene care and certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, Angelo is capable of providing comprehensive individualized care in order to achieve optimal oral health. He understands the importance of dental health and how much it can change someones life.
Angelo enjoys playing tennis, trying new restaurants, traveling, and singing karaoke. He is also a member of Blessing From The Heart, a non-profit organization that helps impoverished families of the Philippines.
I was born in a beautiful city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. My parents: father, a surgeon, and mother,a teacher; valued education above all other things. Powering my brain with solving either jigsaw puzzles or advanced mathematical problems was a hobby rather then a task. I especially enjoyed building something with my hands. Then a few screws and bolts, with a help of a screw driver and a ratchet, would result in constructing a toy car or toy plane.
As I was growing up, getting a degree was not a question. The biggest question was how to build a future in a country with no respect for law or religion. Our family realized that a new life would have to start from a scratch in a new land, a land of opportunities.
In 1992 our family immigrated to Queens,New York, which has been my home ever since. I have graduated Magna Cum Laude from Queens College recieving a BA in Biology. I was awarded Deans Full Merit Scholarship to attend NYU College of Dentistry which I graduated in 2001 in the top of my class (Omega Kappa Upsilon). A few years later, I completed my advanced training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry.
What can I say? NYU was a very special place for me. This was the place where I have obtained a profession that I love. This was the place where I had met the love of my life, my wife Bella. We have three magnificent daughters. They take most of our free time. We adore spending time together as a family: visiting grandparents, inviting friends over, and playing together in the park.
I consider myself a happy, and most importantly, a lucky person. Every morning, when I wake up, I want to go to work and do what I love the most (play with tiny screw drivers to build something important for my patients); and, every evening I want to come back home to those that I love the most.

Just wanted to jump on here and express my gratitude for the treatment I received at this doctor's office today. firstly, let me start off by saying that I have never been to this dentist office prior to today. Yesterday, Sunday, I started having a terrible toothache as a result of what I later found out were two old root canals that became infected. The pain was almost unbearable all night long. I found this dentist online, and I called and left a message in the middle of the night. first thing in the morning I received a call back and they scheduled me to come into the office. I was the first appointment. Once I got there, the staff was incredibly attentive and so understanding and sympathetic to the situation. They took care of me right away. Dr. Green was the most caring and gentle dentist that I have ever been to. He took charge of the situation and quickly came up with a care plan. They provided first aid to my infected teeth and gums and treated me with so much patience and care. Immediately I felt so grateful to have found them. Not to mention the treatment they provided. alleviated all pain and discomfort I was feeling prior to that. Because I needed additional work to remove the old root canals, Dr. Green was able to refer me to another specialist and made sure that the specialist had availability to see me immediately as well. I literally left this office, and drove to the office of the specialist, who likewise treated me right away. It felt like Dr. Green truly took care of everything for me. I am so impressed and so grateful for everything that I experienced with this office today. I highly recommend this office and will be returning in the future for dental work. Thank you so much for everything!

Absolutely the best dental practice I have ever been to. Called them Friday night, (as a new patient) and immediately got a human on the phone (what a surprise)! We discussed my issue with an wisdom tooth that I had been procrastinating on removing and now it was extremely painful. That was deemed an emergency and they opened up the practice on a holiday weekend to put me out of my misery. Dr. Greene is absolutely the best, most skilled dentist I have ever been to, with the best bedside manners. I am so sad that after living in this area for over 25 years this is my first experience with then, I wish I found them much sooner. They earned my business for sure!!! 100% recommend their services!

I'll get the good part out the way first... This place was a lifesaver on July 4th weekend my son had an emergency. Dr Green was friendly, did a good job, followed up. Now the reality: #1-This place was about triple the cost of any procedure from tooth pulling to a cleaning. A cleaning was almost $500 alone without X-rays. Being that this place is a private office and in Scarsdale, the price didn't surprise me, although I felt it was exorbitant. #2 - there's a worker there that tries to force people to go there and is very pushy. She also tried to add on a service that wasn't needed for my son. He had a cleaning and although, yes, he's a teen who didn't stay atop of oral hygiene, one cleaning is sufficient. At checkout someone else was giving me the follow up and she jumps in and says "add on another cleaning." The girl goes, "but it doesn't say that on here," Ms. Pushy goes "oh she told me." Meaning the hygienist. Hygienist said no such thing. Hygienist gave directions to brush etc but never told me he needs another one and as the other receptionist said, it wasn't written on his records that he needed another. So here she was trying to get more money for an unnecessary service. Then after that Ms Pushy looks at me and said "there was a lot of debris." I saw right thru her bs. #3 - I chose to bring my son to my dentist so I needed his X-rays and after telling me to email them, they send a picture of the computer screen to my dentist and when my dentist calls to ask for the actual x-rays, they refused to send them and then hung up on them. I am utterly disgusted with this place. As I said, as an emergency I'm grateful cause this doctor was the only one that was willing to see him but for regular care I would NOT return there or recommend them. If you choose to go there just be careful with the services.

On a Sunday, these wonderfully professional, gentle, and good hearted people opened their doors to me to help take care of a complication with my wisdom teeth, within 2 hours I was on my way home almost completely pain-free, hopeful, and ready to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Thank you Dr. Greene and team! You guys are a blessing to the Westchester community, don't ever change your way of practice

Was so grateful to have found Dr. Greene on a Sunday (Father's Day no less) when my regular dentist was not answering their emergency line and I was in incredible pain from a tooth abscess. The front desk was so kind and sweet and got me in right away. Within a hour, I was out of pain! Dr. Greene is the best at giving pain free injections! Thank you Dr. Greene!

Best dentist and dental practice period. My first experience with Dr. Greene & Company was a holiday weekend emergency for an extremely painful cracked tooth. They saw me on a Sunday and with state of the art dentistry, plus the skill of Dr.. Greene, I was given relief. Since that day Scarsdale Dental Spa has helped me reverse years of dental neglect. All of the specialists working with Dr. Greene are top notch. Dr. Greene always explains what procedure is needed, what it will entail and the cost. They worked with me in getting a payment plan that would fit my needs. I would recommend Scarsdale Dental Spa without reservation..

Best dentist ever!! I had severe pain on the right side of my mouth so bad I had to leave work and Scarsdale dental spa and wellness was able to see me within 20 minutes! Everything went very smooth, the dentist dr green and his assistance were both very nice and explained everything and even kept me calm when I saw the needle. The process was very quick and practically painless. I couldn't recommend this place more

I found them and was immediately told to come. I needed to have a tooth pulled right away. Everyone was simply AMAZING! It's also sooo nice to have the dentist call and text to check in on me. I felt super special!

I haven't been to a dentist for a while, because like a lot of people, there is the anxiety involved, and the fear of pain. My first visit was an emergency tooth extraction...at 6:30 at night....on a Sunday(they are closed on Sundays.) Dr. Greene and his assistant took the time out of their Sunday evening to help me and i couldn't be more thankful. I felt ZERO pain, even during recovery, ZERO PAIN. Easily this has to be the best dentist in the entire area. Would recommend it to anyone.

I would've given this place 10stars if there were available. I am so happy to meet and be cared by Dr. Greene. This renown Dentist needs to be in NY Times and everywhere for his fantastic work!!! He is very kind and took a very good care of me. I came here for the first time with wisdom tooth that didn't want to continue being in my mouth. First of all, this place took care of me on Sunday! Yes, weekend. Dr. Greene not only extracted the tooth, he indeed put my mouth in "Dental Spa". He was very gentle on my tooth that I was amazed when he said all done! He later called to making sure all is good. If you are not sure and would like an expert handling your tooth/teeth, you will be in good hands with Dr. Greene!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I called for an emergency tooth pain and within a couple hours they had me in there for treatment. My broken tooth had an abscess underneath so Dr. Greene went to work immediately to help subside the pain. The dental assistant was very kind and helpful as well. Joyce at the front desk checked on me after I had left as well as Dr. Greene with a follow up phone call the next day to see how I felt and if everything was okay. All around great experience and great people. Highly recommend

Scarsdale Dental Spa is an absolutely wonderful experience. It's a beautiful relaxing setting for dental care and the staff always goes above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and welcome. My two young boys are also patients and have always been so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

A few years ago I was suffering from a bad dental procedure. My dentist at the time recommend that I take antibiotics for the swelling. The problem, instead of getting better had gotten worse. My wife had called a few different dentists to try and get me help. Later that night we received a return phone call from Mrs Joyce Green from Scarsdale Dental Group. My wife explained the situation and Joyce said come to the office now we will open the office and Dr. David Green can see what is the problem. They were fantastic, there service and attention was and still is unmatched. I am still a patient of Scarsdale Dental Group.
