At Scarlet Dental, we understand that dental emergencies arise and usually at the most inopportune times. Therefore, we make time to see you for your dental emergency. Some examples of dental emergencies are the following: severe toothache, chipped or broken tooth, broken bridge, loose, chipped, or missing crown, gum soreness or bleeding, broken denture tooth or cracked denture.

Have a cavity? Then we can fix it! If it is a small cavity, then we will place a composite filling. Composite is simply a fancy term for a white filling. White fillings not only look natural, but they also conserve more tooth structure then silver fillings.

Dental crowns, also known as caps, cover an entire tooth. They can be made of porcelain, metal alloys, or a combination of both. Crowns can be used to strengthen a tooth due to a large cavity, fracture, or root canal therapy or simply improve the appearance of a tooth.

Dental Bridges are natural-looking replacements for lost permanent teeth, which can then restore normal chewing abilities. A bridge is simply multiple dental crowns fused together, which are then permanently cemented to the permanent teeth that are adjacent to the missing tooth or teeth.

Does your CPAP make you feel like youre sleeping in a wind tunnel? Does your CPAP prevent you from moving in bed? If you have been diagnosed with mild or moderate sleep apnea then you may be eligible for the TAP, Thorton Adjustable Positioner. The TAP is a clever mouth guard-like device that snaps onto your teeth. It uses the same principle as CPR and pulls your bottom jaw forward, therefore, opening your airway. With the TAP, you can finally have a good nights rest mask free!

Dental implants can be used to replace one or more missing permanent teeth. Dental implants are a non-magnetic, titanium alloy cylinders. Once they are placed in the upper or lower jaw bone, they become integrated in the bone and can last a life time. Dental implants can be used to support a single crown, a bridge, partial or even denture. They have a high rate of success and we would be more then happy to sit down with you and further discuss your treatment options regarding dental implants.

Unfortunately, root canals have a bad rap! When a cavity is so deep that it reaches the inner layer of the tooth, which is the pulp, it usually causes severe pain and a root canal is necessary. The pulp consists of the nerve and blood supply. When a root canal is performed, the tooth is completely numb and it is a quiet procedure. During the procedure, the cavity is removed, the pulp is accessed and then the nerve and blood supply is removed and irrigated. Once the pulp and bacteria have been cleaned out, then a filling material replaces the pulpal space

This place is so unprofessional time and time again. Their scheduling is a joke. The way they've treated my Fiance also is Absolutely Reprehensible & Disgusting! It's also Repetitive & One Thing or Another, whether it be Rudeness, Unsanitary Issues, or Something as Simple as when he can Expect the dental products he Paid an Outrageous Amount of Money for Lol!!! Its completely Mind Blowing! I Keep telling him To STOP going to this place, but they currently still have his aforementioned items and unfortunately we have to deal with them until we get them back! I only gave one star because it wouldnt let me give "0" stars Lol! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If you're desperate this is the place for you. Sat in chair for 45 minutes after xrays, no one ever came back to do the cleaning! Unapologetic on top of it. Total Joke!

Nice people, take caresource/medicaid, gave us referrals, took my mom, they extracted 5 teeth, didn't fully numb all areas and therefore felt them trying to yank her teeth out. Bruised a bit, they texted for a check-in but took a full 24hr to reply when she texted them about her swelling (which turned out to be a minor infection, not sure if it was there before or from the extraction itself). Seemed a little in a rush and took a bit to fully focus on the extraction. Loved the friendliness just a little worrisome on how they operate. Works in a pinch tho.

Scarlett Dental has been wonderful with my young daughter and I. They do a wonderful job helping her feel at ease and always have even when she was really tiny. Ive had quite a few issues with my teeth and they always work hard to get me in, all the techs have great bedside manner as well at the dentists. I have yet to have seen a Dentist who wasnt wonderful with me and my little girl. I even got my dad to start going to them and hes VERY particular about his healthcare providers at his age and he has had nothing but praises for Scarlett.

I chose the dds office for location and wheelchair access because of osteoarthritis and when we got there 2 toters were blocking that access and it wasn't shoveled. DON'T ADVERTISE SOMETHING NOT AVAILABLE TO THE DISABLED

Extremely long wait times They were not concerned about wisdom teeth or anything other than saying we had an absurd amount of cavities. None of which was advised by a second opinion. I did let them fill 1 cavity they advised was a high priority and it now hurts where it never did before and my new dentist immediately noticed it was not filled properly. They also seem to be up to fraudulent insurance practices charging different insurance companies different fees for the same service. Also quoting one price prior to service with insurance validation but charging a different price after service was complete.

On more than one occasion they haven't been able to find my cleaning appointment that I make 6 months in advance. Appointments simply vanish from their schedule. I have had issues with waiting a long time for my appointment to start as others have mentioned. Today was the last straw when I arrived for my appointment, filled out my updated paperwork, only to be told that they no longer accept my insurance. I had to request time off of work for this appointment so now I've wasted valuable time off. In the short time I was there, more than one person was told their insurance was no longer accepted. I suppose it's a blessing in disguise that I'm forced to find another dentist.

Suddenly rejected my dental's insurance without even letting me know what other insurances company they are in network with (I find that very unprofessional and unacceptable) I been coming here over 4 years now, faithfully and respectfully. Even though, the last few visits there was a nightmare with hours of waiting, and few times showed up to my appointment just to tell me I don't even have an appointment when it was scheduled for weeks ahead. This dentist office pick and choose which customers to keep or leave as least thats how I feel right now when my insurance is still in network with them. they are full of bs.

I was very impressed with the location and atmosphere. Very nice inside . Majority of the staff was very nice . I am used to going to the dentist and them doing x-rays if needed , a cleaning and then the dentist comes in to check teeth and go over x-rays/concerns. I had to ask for a cleaning given I apparently was not scheduled for one . They only do so with established clients. Luckily they were able to fit me in for that , but I felt like an inconvenience. I was basically sitting there trying not to drown in my own spit , and when my mouth was rinsed with cold water, given I have a bad tooth it made it very uncomfortable. With being a new client I feel first impressions are very important. But I just felt like another person to get in and get out .

I've been here twice so far, EVERY STAFF MEMBER IS SO NICE. They make sure your comfortable, they have conversations and they're honest. Everybody I've been in contact with so far are amazing. They have great COVID-19 precautions they're following and doing wonderful at. I highly recommend Scarlet Dental. They take the time to ask you if you have any problems, my appointments don't feel rushed. All in all, I'd rate them 10 stars if I could.
