Dr. Boyd was great but the problem is with his office manager. She was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. After we met with her to discuss some issues as being billed for a procedure I didn't have and not getting a receipt or being credited for $35 cash my husband gave one of the front office ladies. She said there was no record of it and said we were calling someone in her office of being a thief. She even refused to allow us to meet with Dr. Boyd to discuss our concerns.

Mariam is very friendly and professional, and she sees to it that she checks my teeth and gums thoroughly every time I come for my yearly cleaning. SC Dental is fortunate to have a dental hygienist like Mariam.

Great expert care. Dr. Tabbi is knowledgeable and great with preventative care so we can keep our teeth healthy. Thuy, dental hygienist is so gentle and thorough. Extra care to keep everyone safe during these trying times. Good dental care is so important to over all health.

Liking my new dentist! Recently I changed insurance plans and had to find a new dentist. A friend referred Dr. Boyd and this office to me and I'm so glad she did. After having a couple of very negative experiences with other dental facilities, I needed to find an honest and good dentist. Dr. Boyd is friendly, communicates very well and knows what he's doing. They will explain everything and not pressure you into spending more than you can afford. Knowing your plan helps and having the billing codes is a good idea. No surprises if you do your homework. I felt welcomed and appreciated by everyone at this office. Thank you SC dental care in Laguna Hills. sincerely, Daren Leiter

THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST IN ALL OF CALIFORNIA. I PAID THEM OVER $1300 TO WORK ON MY TOOTH THAT THEY CALIM THEY WERE GOING TO FIX WITH AN IMPLANT. WHEN I WENT IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT TO FINALLY PUT IN THE IMPLANT DR. TABBY RIPPED THE WHOLE THING OUT SO NOW I STILL HAVE A HUGE HOLE IN MY MOUTH WHERE MY IMPLANT SHOULD BE. SHE WANTED ME TO COME BACK SO THEY CAN TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT THEY HAVE CAUSED ME SO MUCH PAIN AND STRESS THAT I NEVER WANT TO GO BACK IM SIMPLY SCARED TO LET THEM TOUCH MY TEETH AGAIN. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. ON TOP OF IT THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR THE BALANCE OF $800. I WANT TO SUE THEM FOR THE $1300 BECAUSE THRY HAVE NOT DONE A THING TO REPAIR WHAT THEY DID. DON'T EVER GO HERE. I HOPE THEY DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND MY $1300 FOR THEIR FAILURE.
