Sedation: Dr. Sayman is well known among his patients for his gentle hands and extraordinary techniques of anesthesia. Microscope: All our treatment rooms are equipped with a microscope. Magnification and halogen fiber optic illumination are invaluable assets in aiding Dr. Sayman to perform all technical aspects of endodontic procedures. He will be able to discover otherwise undetectable complex anatomy or even new canals and see deeper into those, which will provide you with a thorough treatment. A digital camera is attached to the microscope and help document cases for enhanced communication.
Ultrasonics: Each operatory is equipped with a sophisticated ultrasonic unit that is used to remove posts, non-metallic and metal instruments from your root canals, if necessary. I have very bad teeth. I went to many dentists and specialists but they never solved the problem and I continued to have pain. Dr. Sayman is the only person I trust now as he solved my problem. And he is the only dr. I know who put anesthesia painlessly. He explains everything he does, and always recommends the treatment that is in my best interest and health. I hope I do not need any root canal soon but if I do, I will definitely go back to him

Dr Sayman is amazing and I was very pleasantly surprised by professionalism and kindness I received during my two visits. Dr Sayman's practice is located on Miami Beach, but you will find a parking garage just a block away. It is very convenient to leave your car there and just walk to doctors office. I had pretty bad molar infection, but Dr Sayman talked me through the whole procedure, made sure I don't experience any pain or discomfort during root canal treatment. The whole team is very pleasant and office is very clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this practice and I know where to go in case of any dental emergency.

I had my second root canal from Dr. Sayman. As on the first one I was consulted and shown what was happening on the tooth with the help of his excellent 3D Xray equipment. Along with his professional staff and very together office he performed the root canal with the greatest professional procedure, minimizing discomfort and communicating when appropriate. The result is excellent. Dr. Sayman is an excellent dentist and a lovely person. I would highly recommend him to family, friends or someone in need of this sensitive and expensive procedure.

I cannot say enough positive about Dr. Sayman and his staff. I had a complicated diagnosis over a several month period and a difficult root canal procedure. Dr. Sayman handled this all with a combination of incredible expertise, diligence, patience, and kindness. After spending a great deal of time using sophisticated diagnostic techniques and his best judgment, Dr. Sayman told me honestly that he simply could not be 100% certain of the diagnosis and why. He fully explained this, ensured that I understood, recommended a course of action, and did everything possible to make me comfortable with my decision on how to proceed. He took all the time necessary at every stage. He referred me to an equally outstanding oral surgeon, who did exactly what Dr. Sayman recommended. And after all this, Dr. Sayman's diagnosis proved correct. His staff is equally professional and helpful. Dr. Sayman is a rare combination of brilliant scientist, highly-skilled doctor, and a delightful human being. I never doubted that I was in the best possible hands.

I'm a New York resident and while my 13 year old son was on vacation with family in Miami, he started experiencing excruciating pain from a front tooth. As it turned out, the cause was likely from a mouth trauma sustained years prior. Needless to say, the entire vacation was about to be jeopardized. A relative in the area referred us to her DDS, who then referred us to Dr. Sayman. He took my son in the same day on an emergency basis. He examined my son and got on the phone with me to explain in detail what needed to be done to alleviate the infection that has set in as well as the procedure that was needed. After talking with Dr. S, I had complete confidence in this professional that my son was in great hands. Naturally my other concern is that my son has never undergone any extensive dental work and hasn't even ever had a shot of novocaine. Well an hour after the procedure, I spoke to my son fully expecting to have him relay a traumatizing event. His exact quote was, "it was no big deal at all, when can I eat". Dr. Sayman emailed me my sons xray records as well as a detailed explanation of the procedure he completed. The vacation continued and our family is extremely grateful we found Dr. Sayman. My only regret is not having him on Long Island. Miami, you're lucky to have him

I was in great hands with Dr. Sayman. He was very professional and gentle, and I really didn't feel any pain which is kind of miraculous. I healed very quickly and only wish I would've gone to see him sooner!

My first root canal, I was very worried but it was painless!! Dr Sayman takes the time to explain everything and evaluate the case to choose the best option to save your tooth. The equipment are super modern and everything was very clean. I am really satisfied!
