Born and raised in Cuba, Dr Liena Abreus first became a dentist in 2004, when she graduated as General Dentist from Havana's Instituto Superior de Ciencias Medicas. She moved to the States in 2008 and she worked diligently to achieve her dream of becoming a dentist again. After being accepted by the University of Minnesota, she graduated as a Doctor in Dental Surgery in 2017.
Dr. Abreus is a member of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. A nerd at heart, she values continuing education to stay at the top of new technologies and techniques. Her warm personality and genuine interest in her patient's best, make her an excellent professional to whom patients come back year after year.
Dr. Abreus has a beautiful family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time by the beach with her husband Emilio and their children John and Nina. Dr Abreus' family is excited to make Myrtle Beach home and they look forward to many years of service to our community.

Great for cleanings. And the only reason they are getting 3 stars. The office is very updated and "pretty". The staff is nice. Don't do the invisalign with them. It has been nothing but a headache for me. Somehow the doctor likes to try and make it seem like it's my fault for everything. I hate that I already paid over 5,000 between my portion and insurance. If I could get my money back and go somewhere else, I would.

Had a tooth shatter, got the run around from every dentist in town (including my dentist). Found Sayebrook and they had me in within the hour! Next thing you know tooth is pulled easy peasy and now I'm good! Highly recommend this place for sure

Went in to establish myself as a new patient and to get a standard 6 month checkup and cleaning. Was told I needed to pay nearly $200 out of pocket and schedule 2 follow up appointments for a "deep cleaning". Called to cancel the "deep cleaning" and schedule a regular cleaning and was told, "You can't change a deep cleaning to a regular cleaning and have to pay out of pocket if you come back for the appointment." Canceled my appointment and will be finding a new dentist office.

Received a 4 for the excellent service provided by a wonderful hygienist. The office is also clean and bright with state of the art equipment. If not for that it would be one star for being misled by two office staff in separate calls regarding their requirement for full mouth x-rays. Thank goodness our insurance paid most of it however others may not be so fortunate.

I love everyone one from the front of the office to the back! Casey is amazing!!! I used to have dental phobia at my age... no more!!! Give this office a chance and you will not be disappointed! ... the doctor of course is always the best!!!

I was surprised to see the staff dressed for Halloween this morning. They did a great job and made a visit to the dentist a bit less stressful. I don't enjoy going to the dentist the staff take the edge off of it. They are always polite and helpful.

Very comfortable welcoming office... Went in for a second opinion on some crown work and the dentist gave me her clear honest thoughts on how to proceed. Office staff is friendly and the dental assistant I saw today was very knowledgeable and fantastic! Up-to-date Office equipment and clean surroundings.

Soooooo glad I found Sayebrook Dental. It was very stressful looking for a good dentist but I knew when I was there. From the time you walk in the beautiful office and get greeted by the ladies at the desk that truly care and remember you to Dr.Lamp and his assistants. It's been an awesome experience and I'm with them for the long haul.

The hygienist shredded my gums behind my top teeth while POLISHING. I refused any more polishing! Then the doctor was too busy to see me... waited 15 min. Isn't that what a scheduled appointment is for?

This place is great, the staff is very friendly and professional. I got my smile back to where it needed to be, I constantly get compliments due to their work. I recommend paying them a visit if your in need of dental care.
