I got referred by a family member and the service was really great. Everybody in the office is courteous and nice. The Dentist was very knowledge and down to earth. This place is my go to now.

If I could market zero starts I would. About eight or nine months ago I got a filling done at this dental office and haven't chewed on my right side since that day. the lady dentist was in a huge rush to go home and she was rushing through my treatment procedures. She dug two deep while filling a cavity and ended up hitting a nerve which made a huge issue with sensitivity in my whole mouth. It is eight months later now and I have been cheated at OSU and I'm just now able to drink room-temperature water without using a straw. (God forbid any liquid that's noticeably cold or hot) I am still unable to chew hard foods on my right side. They do not take insurance other than the yearly cleaning which makes sense why they are purposely messing up peoples mouth so that they have to come back. 0/10. Would never recommend this place and actually have recommended to my family that they stop going to this place as well for the same thing happened to my mother and she had to get a root canal which she ended up going to OSU for because she did not trust these people.

I absolutely adore this dental office. I was looking for a place to have dental work done and I'm also EXTREMELY Picky about where I choose to be seen because Of my dental history. I had a traumatic experience as a child with my teeth and for that reason I just don't do very well In the chair. However, I came to Sawmill Dental after reviewing others experiences and when I say That they are theee sweetest ladies ever. Not only are they all just so kind and down to earth which is a bonus LOL but more importantly Dr.Li & Hattie make me feel sooo comfortable while working on the necessary needs of my dental hygiene. I cannot express how much Being at the dentist to be seen is literally like my phobia, I'd rather French kiss a spider . However, these ladies completely drown my fears with their amazing atmosphere...such clutch vibes...and just superb customer service. I want to cry Thank you so much. If you are uncomfortable and need work done, these ladies will not disappoint. Thank youuu girls, and see you ladies soon

Dr. Han is absolutely amazing and is what I consider an artist. Her work with rebuilding my teeth has only been exceptional. When I once was scared to go to the dentist, I am now only excited each time. I also take my 8 year son who absolutely enjoys each and every person that works there. I would recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone. I am grateful to have even found them!

The professionalism and friendliness of the entire team is outstanding. Every visit is honestly like visiting friends. Dr Li is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She takes pride in her work and knows exactly what she is doing. Hattie is incredible and truly makes you feel so comfortable and at peace the entire time-- she details exactly what is being done every step of the way. I honestly don't fear the dentist anymore, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Sawmill Dental for a memorable experience. I look forward to my next appointment. :) Yoleiqui M

As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcome and taken care of. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, and I could feel they truly cared for me. Dr Li is incredibly talented at what she does. I've spent the past 8 years hiding my smile due to an ugly front tooth and in less than an hour, Dr Li transformed my smile into something I'm confident to show off. I hope to be a patient here for a long time, and I've already recommended them to my friends.

Very very nice experience at this office. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The office appeared to be very neat and clean. The very nice dentist Dr Li inspected my son's x-rays very carefully and diligently. I also observed that she put on a fresh pair of gloves right from the box before she checked my son's teeth. I would have also been fine if she had worn her same prior gloves and washed her hands thoroughly with hot soapy water while wearing her prior gloves. The hygienist Grace was also very pleasant and diligently cleaned my son's teeth. She took her time to get into every crevice between the teeth. She had also put on fresh gloves and used Cav wipes to clean a hand held mirror before handing to my son. The office is obviously very diligent with sanitation. When we initially checked in I inquired to the other doctor (he was super friendly and very nice) about if they had the digital x-rays (less radiation than the old fashion x rays)....and I was very happy to hear that they do. Hattie took our x rays and she was also very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. So overall again very pleasant experience and we will be back. Oh!! And I can't forget...the nice female with whom I spoke when I called to schedule was also very friendly and helpful. :) Thank you to everyone for the great visit.

I took my daughter to sawmill location to remove her baby teeth this morning with Dr. Jing Li. She don't change her gloves after she treated other patients and I never saw her remove the gloves after she take look at my daughter. I m wondering if she ever change or is she planing wear the same gloves for all day long treat with all patients. And the nurse didn't even wear the gloves. I asked why she not gloves she me her hand is clean. And she installed and prepared all the equipments without gloves. At the end I have to take my daughter out of the office without treatment. this is gross.

I received the best dental cleaning of my life from Han. She was patient, gentle, and caring. Each time I've visited, it's been a fantastic experience. The entire staff is wonderful.

A wonderful place full of amazing experts. I came here with my tooth hurting so bad. I was planning to take it off and take another tooth off that looked so horrible and was hurting as well. Dr. Jing Li recommend that I keep both tooth and she will do root canal and filling to them. I said okay because she is the Doctor, but I wasn't so convenience because my teeth looked so horrible. 3 weeks later and after 3 visits my teeth are in perfect shape and don't hurt at all. All this happened because of the hard work that Dr. Jing Li and the skillful people at this location. I can't thank them enough, I'm so satisfied and I recommend this place to everyone.

I am literally afraid of the dentist, but all of that was put to rest when i went to sawmill dental care. I was put at ease with clarice at the front desk. Lesley the assistant was very nice and informative. Dr Marshall didn't make me feel uncomfortable because i haven't been to the dentist in DECADES. Karthyn the RDH, was so gental when she gave me my cleaning, i felt nothing. Dr. Wang has a great ream in place. They all seem to know what the others are doing. THIS IS NOW MY DENTIST FOR LIFE.

I came to this Dental care clinic for the first time for my dental issues. I was treated very well and taken care of my dental work expeditiously. Doctors and Hygenist are very courteous, friendly and knowledgable. I was reminded about my appointment by text messages followed by a phone call and I am very happy with their work and recommend any one to visit the Sawmill Dental care clinic for your dental care issues. Today I went in the office a little nervous from past experiences. The treatment I receive from the time I walked in was great. I will start with Clarice, who was the first person I came in contact with, she was so pleasant and efficient, she made my paperwork process simple and fast. My Dental Hygienist Karthyn, was so awesome, she was gentle and made me comfortable, unlike some past experiences I have had from others that left me in tears. She made sure I knew everything she was doing throughout the cleaning process. Dr. Marshall is great, she is informative and gives you options about your care, whether it's for right now or down the line. She is a doctor who listens and cares. She answers your questions where you can understand, not the dental jargon. I love it here!! I will be returning back for all my dental needs. Everyone here is awesome!!!!

My whole family has been with Dr Wang and his group for the past two years. Nice Caring staffs and good service with reasonable price. Clean and quiet environment. We will stay with them for sure.

Best place I already have planned to take my kids to them as well. I was at their office today and I was truly impressed. Dr Marshall was so nice and knowledgeable. Kathryn the hyginest on the other hand she was amazing so kind so careful with me as I am usually very nervous. They finished cleaning my teeth and the way out Lydia took care of me to book another appointment she was wonderful, welcoming and fast. I felt this was my place and we will back with our entire family.

I started going to Sawmill Dental Care earlier this year and every visit has been great! Sam, one of the assistants, always makes sure that I'm comfortable and calms my nerves every time. When I had a last minute emergency, they were able to get me in the office quickly to check it out and Dr. Wang even fixed my tooth the same day. They take the time to make you laugh and you can tell they truly care!

I've been coming here for about a month now and really love it. I have gone to multiple dentists and none have made me feel more welcomed and comfortable than Sawmill Dental Care! The front desk receptionists are so professional and kind and Dr. Li is amazing! I used to feel so insecure about my smile because my front teeth are not naturally straight but Dr. Li fixed that for me and now I love my smile! I will continue coming here for all my dental needs and will recommend Dr. Li to any friends and family!
