This location is very convenient for us and the office and staff is wonderful, but scheduling is a literal nightmare. They have bizarre policies that don't allow you to schedule an appointment even when THEY CANCEL your appointment. You go on some never ending wait list that requires many, many phone calls to get scheduled. They've cancelled appointments for both my kids so far this year. One cancelled the day of the appointment. It's really frustrating to deal with and their own staff even apologizes for the scheduling difficulties.

My son has been going to this place for the last 8 years. I got an appointment for my daughter for April, we waited for 3 months, and we ended up missing it. I work a lot, I mixed up my days, so I messed up, I get it. They refused to reschedule of course, but I think they could reconsider, I didn't mind paying fees or whatever, we never missed appointments with my son, never had any problems, we're never late before and here we are. Front desk was rude, I didn't appreciate being talked down to, I am still just a person, not a robot, yes, I forgot about the appointment. And there is no way in back.

The front desk has the worst customer service ever! No one has called me until my husband called from a different number! He was able to make an appointment. I had originally called March 11 in which they sent the new patient forms link. After my husband made an appointment March 22 (2weeks late) I then received a call for a sooner appointment then what my husband got. Lady said i needed to fill out paperwork, which i did back March 11 when it was sent. I told her that, to which she gave me attitude and said "I sent it 2 days ago when your husband called!" Straight attitude instead of saying im sorry when was it said and maybe do a little research before insinuating that I was lying about the time frame! I have been very patient. I called when i filled out the paperwork consistently no one picked up or called back on my 2 voicemails I listened to their instructions on the voicemail of not to call back and id get a call back within 2 days. That was a straight lie. My husband called and was able to get someone on the phone weeks after I have been trying to speak to someone or get a call back! The dentist is a great lady but the lady in the front should not be in that position! She does not know how to handle customers!

Dentist and dental staff are great but front staff are terrible. Our girls have been going here for 3 years and we have had issues with billing from the start. Half the time they tell us we are all set after a visit and 3 months later we get a friendly reminder that we have a past due amount and the balance is due immediately. How can we be past due when we never received a bill to begin with, this has happened numerous times. They also like to tell us we are past due when we show up for an appointment months later when we never received a bill for the last visit. They demand full payment before the appointment that they never sent you a bill for and now magically they know what the cost for today's appointment is going to be and you have to pay that also. We are fortunate that the money wasn't the issue but I'm sure it is for some. If you decide to go to this practice just be aware that there billing is frustrating and we have decided to move on.

I am very disappointed by this place. It is so unfortunate as many people recommended it to us. They canceled our appointment without even letting us know!!!! You simply cannot just cancel an appointment that I have been waiting for 2 months! We were at their door when they told us they could not see us. I was not able to answer their phone call a day prior, BUT I DID CONFIRM IT THROUGH THE TEXT MESSAGE THE SAME DAY! I was told that they received the text message after 5 pm on Friday. Therefore, my appointment was cancelled for Monday. All the other places also send confirmation messages, emails and make phone calls and it is not one day prior to the actual appointment. Also, if there is a time frame you want a confirmation, so please state it in your text messages when you sent them out. I am extremely disappointed, because of the whole time I have been waiting for my child to see a doctor at this location! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I am a responsible person and mother and I honor all my appointments! If I cannot make it, I will surely CALL you!

Absolutely love Dr. Ryan and her staff. I have yet to have a bad experience here. They are all very kind and have a ton of patience with the kids. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment on hollowed they all dress up too which is too cute! Highly recommend this office to everyone. I know they have a waiting list but I promise it's worth the wait!

My three kids have been patients here for approximately 4 years. I had an issue with the front desk receptionist about a year ago and it was addressed. TODAY?! My daughter's went in for a cleaning and I verbally requested not to have an x-ray done for any of them. I signed a paper with all 3 of their names on it saying no to an x-ray. Since I had one of their appts at 2 and the other two at 230, I had to do a bit of back and forth between the cleaning area and waiting area. They asked my kids if they could update their picture..my kids said they didn't want their photo taken. The hygienists meant an x-ray. I am beyond disgusted by their complete lack of communication? At this point, I know they just wanted to charge for an x-ray. Gayle had the nerve to approach me and try to make me feel guilty about being upset since she was able to get my kids appointments one day in advance! I looked at her in her face and asked what in the world does that have to do with the fact that I specifically requested NO x-ray needed to be done and I filled out the necessary paperwork? Shame on this lady. Parents, listen: if you have a request or have any questions, follow your child's every single move here...I have no trust with this Dental office any longer. I was warned by the parent of a former patient and I wish I listened. I'm going tomorrow to get my girls records and getting them into a pediatric dentist that actually cares about their patients and their parents.
