I saw the pediatric dentist Dr. Park she is AMAZINGGGG the front desk is super friendly and the environment is very welcoming. The office manager Winnie is charming and very professional. Defined a five star experience.

4.4? I guess low NY standards for customer service pays for this place. When people do not wait in the reception area, it looks like they are inclined to give 5 stars. Nevertheless, they always call you to change your appointment without exception. Even in the same day.. Can you come 3:45 instead of 12:00? They can not be on the same page with the insurance. The dentist himself is also rude. PASS!

I had an appointment and was called to reschedule for November in the last minute. I'm not sure if it's common practice but to cancel an appointment that I had to plan out how to make it to on July 29th to November is very unprofessional.

Just left the office in less than 5 minutes. Spent a week mentally preparing for my first dental visit in about 35 years, and was only going because I have a large painful bone growth on my lower jaw. So after a week of pain, and mental trepidation(I really REALLY do not like going to the dentist), I arrive early, and present my insurance info only to be told that they do not accept my plan, and sorry, but they should have told you that. Duh. Do not know about their actual service, but based on the fact that something so simple could be neglected, I am rather glad that I did not let them near my mouth. Just a caution to everyone else...

Based on my first visit I was pleasantly surprised. First off, the establishment was clean and organized. Waiting time was decent. Receptionist were nice. Nephtali, oral hygienist who took X-ray and did clean up was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed warm. The dentist who I thought I would be seeing wasn't in that day but I wouldn't take a star off for that reason. So based on first visit and experience with this establishment I can't wait to begin my treatment plan to a healthier smile.

Doctors are very good, but the staff at the reception are amateurs, miss the appointment, and give no explanation for it and when I wanted to talk to the doctor or the managers they threatened me saying they would call the police if you did not leave our offices. Horrible staff.

I had a follow up visit for an implant. It was quick and easy. I had an infection following tooth removal and Dr. Friedman was very concerned and said call him anytime I feel that something isn't right. I appreciated his concern. Nice office staff as well. Pleasant, caring and accommodating.

Everyone from the front desk to the dentist were really nice and the dentist were very gentile and efficient. They explained every process and to top it off every room has great music in the background to keep you entertained as they perfect your smile. Highly recommended. Love this place!
