Great dentist but they never call you back and never answer the phone. Feel like a number.

I was sick of them not calling me back twice.!! I wish I knew the girls name at the desk. She was rude period! Definitely not returning. Two of my friends cancelled their appointments after they heard of what they did to me. Needless to say, I found a great dentist at Caring Family Dentistry!! They are clean, compassionate and professional! Hopefully, I won't get in trouble for naming another dentist! Extremely dissatisfied patient!

I went to them because I was referred by my Dr. She knew I couldn't afford the high prices elsewhere. I went in for a partial and I came out with my teeth removed including an implant. They were capped too. Well $1000 later I ended up with a plate that was all deformed and didn't fit. I ended up throwing it out (accidentally) soon after. They wouldn't listen to anything I said. Horrible experience. It's been a long time since I was there but it will take a long long time to get over it. I ended up going elsewhere and got exactly what I needed but I will never get my teeth back.

I am so thankful for this place! You guys have given me my smile back, after years of hiding it. There is a bit of a wait for new patients, but it's worth the wait! Every time I've come, it has been a great experience, the staff is very helpful and caring. Thank you!

Fantastic staff, fantastic dentistry. People with bad reviews either are blowing things out of proportion, aren't being forthright about things, or expected them to be a normal family dentist.

I was nervous because it was my first day back to the dentist in almost two years. The girl at the front desk was so nice over the phone when we made the appointment and amazing when I got there, already making me feel better. The paperwork takes a bit to fill out which is why they ask you to come in about 30 mins early. When I was called in-the dental assistant and I were laughing and making the best of taking all the x-rays. The staff overall seemed to all be happy and having a good time at work. They were very understanding about my drug use history and never once made me feel bad about the look of my teeth, which I am embarrassed of. The Dr and dentist with him made me feel very comfortable. When it came time to discuss payment options for my plan, she never made me feel uneasy about not being able to afford too many fillings at a time and agreed to work with me financially once I showed commitment to my appointments and the first couple payments. I would absolutely recommend coming here to anyone, especially addicts who need another chance from people who are understanding and non judgemental. I look forward to working with this dental office over time to help fix my smile!

Well i paid up1 front to get dentures and they keep making my terth pulling appointments months apart they dont take that long to heal they are just busy but i paid up front for everything something 95% of people dont do so if they could bump me up there list and make my appointments not so far apart that would be great

I love this place got all my top teeth pulled and got a immediate denture they look great look so real my dentist is funny an made me feel comfortable with his silly jokes an the nurse was great. They all are. I will continue to go to them an recommend them also.. thank you sps..

All I have to say is this practice should be shut down.. The dentest and staff were horrible the receptionist should be fired due to a threat that was made to me. There supposed to help you.. I got a exray and was sent on my way leaving me in severe pain.. Then after being disrespected and got no help at all. They asked for a $90 dollar payment for one ex-ray ..I did report them to the Better business bureau and I reported the dentist to the medical board.. What you did was illegal and inhumain... And I have all this on video.. So I will be seeing them in court... You all should be ashamed of yourselves.. I'm sure wally is flipping in his grave seeing all you people using his poor addiction for profit.. I mean your guys reviews speak for themselves there all bad Hello doesn't that tell you all something....#Yousuck

The worst dentist I've ever been. I was accused, talked down on. Doctor physically put his hands on me Lift me up by my mouth then slammed my head down was told to suck it up .. i've made a complaint I hope nobody will ever have to deal with that kind of treatment

Absolutely LOVE THE STAFF!!! Make you feel comfortable and tell you what they are doing from the Receptionist at the front desk to the dentist doing the work.... I used to have such bad anxiety due to bad dentists in the past but the staff are so nice and friendly I have almost no anxiety now and am the closest I have been in 15 years to having a full set of teeth again! THANK YOU SAVING PEOPLES SMILES

I went to them and it took amonth for me to get in and when I went it they got me all excited said they could help me put me on a payment plan then asked me for more money then they originally said but i was so excited made the first appointment and went in got the x-rays and I was planning on getting a flip done on my front tooth i was so excited they told me it was gonna take about 3 weeks to make the flip i was so happy that finally someone could help its been so hard because I'm very self conscious about my teeth an haven't wanted to work because the way they look an they said they could help they made an appointment a month in ahalf out an on my appointment day an hour before i was gonna drive 45mins to an hour out they called an said that they weren't in yet an they'd call me when they came in I felt so defeated and sad I called the next day to ask them what was going on the said that they still weren't in an they'd call me back that was on the 25th my payment was due on the 3rd I tried to call so many times an there were no answer so i stopped payment on there company once the 3rd came when my payment was due I got a call saying on my voice mail that they needed to talk to me i waited until the 5th to call them an I called they were so unprofessional it was ridiculous they said that the mold that i took about 2 an half months ago was to big an i need to come in for another wax molding and i told them they I'm not paying anymore money they already took 300$ and they haven't done anything for me they want me to come back in this monday and they said they wont take any more money they'll put it on a credit so does that mean they'll be taking 300$ on the 3rd of August ? I'm so confused but if i could give them no stars i would. I'm pretty sure they do this to alot of people especially I'm a recovering addict an they got my hopes up an now its been 4 months almost 5 an nothing has been done besides molding that only God knows where it is. They've gotten my hopes up and just left me hanging I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone i mean maybe if you have insurance and your just getting teeth pulled but if you're looking for them to help its a run around an they'll get your hopes up an then do nothing Im 100% sure I'm not going to the appointment Monday an I'm gonna be calling the better business Bureau on them for doing this its not right I honestly want to cry because I thought they'd help guess its another let done guess I'll have to find yet another place to go.

I can't thank these people enough for helping me ! Amazing staff! I was super nervous and my anxiety was thru the roof but they make you feel comfortable within seconds. Thank you sps for helping me bring my smile back :)
