My daughter had an appointment yesterday, and we arrived 2:30 , the appointment was at 3p..everyone else before and after our arrival was called back. She finally been called a little after 4p only to be sent back up front 30 to 40 mins later saying they can't see her again due to the doctor have a lot of patients. I took off from my job for nothing and pull her out of school.. drive all the way from Pooler .

My daughter who is now 13 has been going here since she was 1 and it was called Small Smiles. I now have a 3 yr old and she's been going here since she's been 1 as well. All the years I've been dealing with them I have never had any issues setting/cancelling/rescheduling appointments. The staff has always been pleasant and very welcoming. They take their time and are very patient with my busy toddler who doesn't really care for doctor's. I have never had any issues with them and that's why I continue to take my kids there. AWESOME STAFF! AWESOME SERVICE!

The front desk/reception staff is awesome never had an issue with scheduling. However the staff in the back. I could assume they were dental assistants were extremely rude!! I was completely shocked at how abrasive the women was. Especially dealing with children. She was very nasty. Even the other patients in the room whom were all children were looking in disbelief at how this women was speaking to me in a Dr. office. At this point I'm scared that she going to mistreat my child during her dental check. Definitely looking for a new office.

I had a scheduled apt for both my kids today. I called and confirmed the apt yesterday at noon because I never received a reminder call. The Lady verified the date and time for both kids. When I arrived the lady at the desk informed me they had tried to call me this week to cancel the apt but couldn't get ahold of me and "my number was disconnected" verified the number they had and it was correct, 99% sure that was a lie. They could not get us in. Disappointed to have driven an hour for an apt we needed to be told it was canceled. If they over booked she could have just apologized and said that but instead lied and told me they tried contacting me days prior. Would not recommend.

Always have a movie on for the kids , staff are so friendly and nice! Only thing is , it's a little wait at times but just make sure you arrive 15mins early is always a plus. wait time is usually 30-45mins even if u arrive on time . I'm updating this because the staff that was friendly aren't there anymore and not as friendly. My son need a procedure done and was only 3 at the time and told me they were going to hold him down while they perform. I said Hell no . He's 3 years old and already scared of the dentist and you want to restrain him while he scared and crying and whatever else smh. I'm happy to no longer be part of this dentistry who only care about profits over people

The worst dentist to come to I brought my child in after he chipped his two front teeth and they said if they aren't bothering him then they aren't going to fix them . Are appointment was at 1045 and still waiting in the waiting room to be called back a hour later .

The front desk staff is VERY rude and unprofessional!! I drove 30mins to their office for an appointment that they called me the week prior to reschedule. When I got there they claimed my child's name was not on the schedule and that the week prior they tried to call me and I did not answer, which was NOT true. I showed them the date, time, and duration of the phone call. She claimed she didn't see that in the computer. So I asked her to look up the date, time and number that they called. She said there's no way we can look up the date and time in the computer. Another LIE! Was very rude about me being seen she told me to be seated and said she would ask the dentist if my child can be seen. After 10 mins I went back up to the desk and she said how may I help you? She acted as if she forgot about me when I felt she just didn't want to be bothered. I switched my child's dentist and had to call Savannah Smiles to get medical records. She was rude on the phone AGAIN!! Will not recommend them to ANYONE!! They also rush on their dental work. Very unprofessional

Whoever they got answering the phone is very disrespectful no class and shouldn't be making appointment I called and try to make an appointment for my 11 month old that has 12 teeth already she got the nerve to ask me if the child got teeth duh lady I wouldn't be making a denist app for him so I will take my son somewhere else
